Emailed fix screens to get a quick response & details of the repair. They emailed once it arrived then carried out the screen replacement on my Garmin watch in less than 3 day. I was emailed to say it had been repaired & was due for despatch back to me. The watch lokk as good as new. Really pleased with the service

About a year ago - sept 2024, my Garmin 245 screen had gone peculiar, showing just a load of horizontal lines. Fixscreens replaced with a new screen which looks very smart and makes watch look like new. I emailed some questions before placing the order, to get a feel for the company. I received a full and helpful reply the same day. The price seemed very reasonable (I see it is now £5 cheaper), considering cost of a new screen and the expertise for fitting. A free screen protector was offered for me to stick on - I think that has been very worth while as I have not been particularly gentle with the watch. It is now July 2025 and the repair has stood test of time. I have no hesitation in recommending these chaps to fix your smart watch. They deserve to do well.

Super fast and really responsive. I was gutted to break the screen of my Garmin Edge, went into panic mode as I have an Ironman round the corner. The team gave me the confidence to get it fixed and in a quick turn around.

They delivered and I tested the device last night and it works perfectly, if not even better than before!

Really simple to use, really helpful advice and straight forward sending out and back process. Helpful advice and warning on swimming use post repair. I was given the option of a new strap and a screen protector which I took up for both. Both additions were excellent. Great watch face repair, looking like new, screen protector and replacement silicon strap were all excellent. Thank you - would use again and highly recommend!

After a heavy fall, I really thought my Fitbit Versa 4 was a complete write off given the damage. So I was delighted to find the Fix Screen guys who specialise in repairing the Fitbit range. Rather than forking out for a costly replacement I took a punt and booked their screen repair service. Communication was friendly, easy and clear from the off. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and within a week I had the watch back looking good as new and functioning perfectly. Very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Great service from the team at We Fix. Communication on the repair was clear and the turnaround of the repair was quicker than expected.
The screen was badly cracked and it looks like new now. Really happy that I can get more life out of a watch that wasn't ready to be fully replaced with a newer model.

My Garmin Forerunner had a smashed screen. A car ran over it on the main road ( fortunately, I wasn’t wearing it at the time ). It was, behind the many fragments of glass , still working.I contacted Garmin initially, to see if they could fix it / give me a price - “ we don’t Repair our Garmin watches “ was the answer 😡!
I called Fix screens , discussed if this was something they could help me with ( Watch had a lot of sentimental value to me - belonged to my late partner ) & they came up top trumps .
Got my repaired watch back a few days later & it’s almost as good as new .
All the functions seem to be in order ( just not able to go swimming with it , as the new seal MAY not be fully waterproof , which Fix Screens are honest in pointing out to me ), however from they have saved me having to put my precious Garmin watch in the bin . Thanks guys 👏

Easy to follow instructions and quick turnaround fixing a screen on Fitbit sense

The company provided me with very clear and specific instructions with a fixed price for changing the screen on my Garmin sports watch.
I was kept informed through very clear communications and the returned watch is now working perfectly.

Fix screens do as the name says quickly and efficiently. I posted my Garmin watch to them on Tuesday and had it back repaired on Saturday

Was looking for a company that could replace my screen in quick turnaround and these did not fail! From sending my device off to recieving it back, all within 3 days! The watch looks brand new and even provided me with a free screen protector on return. Can't recommend them enough, constant communication throughout, high end service on the product and trustworthy with their guarantees to the turnaround. My Garmin watch had an absolutely mashed screen - chipped, cracked, and with small parts flaking away. It looked like it had been thrown off a very tall building and then stamped on by an elephant. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't get the cover off and just thought it was doomed. But I then saw Fix Screens and sent it off for repair with a very low hope that it could be opened and fixed, but I received it this morning and it is like having a brand new watch. So a flawless repair, really great service and communication throughout, and it saved me buying a new watch. Which is great. Let's hope I now don't break this one...

Overall a great experience, both with communication and service , had a Cracked Google watch screen replaced, fast service .the watch was return by registered mail and even came with a free screen protector.very happy with the new screen,Thank you

I emailed Fix Screens on 5th April and received a prompt reply. I was informed how to return my Fitbit which had a badly cracked screen. They emailed when my Fitbit was received by them and kept me updated on the repair and my watch was returned within in a few days looking as good as new.
I highly recommend this company for their repairs and updating of information on the repair.
Excellent service and much cheaper than getting a new Fitbit.
