Waited 4 weeks for my earings they were reduced to £40 whan they came the quality was poor and sent in a bag on a piece of cardboard won't be ordering from them again .

Very cheap quality, not cotton as in pictures, say Norwegian company but shipped from China, rubbish like Temu, AVOID ! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF ! Fraudulent site!

Never received the earrings , sent lots of emails to be told they are on the way but no response when i asked for a refund
Total rip off !!!

Ordered orthopaedic sandals with support £34 and what a load of rubbish the so called insole support was 2 mm thick ( buy better in pound land uk)
Fjorna offered 15% refund and they not worth £2 .. don’t buy from this company as not who you think they are

strongly warn everyone not to buy from Fjorna.
They make it look like you’re ordering from a professional company based in the Netherlands, but in reality, the products are shipped from China.

My order took nearly a month to arrive, and when it finally did, every single item was the wrong size — I ordered Large (L), but they sent Extra Small (XS) that would barely fit a child.

The quality is poor, completely different from what was advertised, and the whole experience has been frustrating and misleading.

This company pretends to be professional, but it’s nothing more than a drop-shipping operation posting cheap items from China.

Save yourself the trouble — avoid Fjorna at all costs.

Fantastic quality panama hat. Much better than expected and packable as advertised without losing it’s shape. Well done, Fjorna! My wife wants one now, so will be placing another order shartly

I ordered some trousers, which I thought were from a company based in Netherlands. Later realised they are in China. Eventually arrived and were poor quality and too short. Requested a refund and was told I had to return to China! £13.50!!
They kept offering a partial refund which I kept refusing but in the end had to accept as I doubt they would acknowledge my return and I would lose more money.
Avoid this company at all costs

The sanders are very nice but they don’t really support my instep and when I ordered I thought I had asked for 1 black and 1 white pair. Again I like the sandles they are very comfortable.

Awful experience, item didn’t fit and I was not shared details required from the courier to send the item back to China. Item did not even look like the picture either. £35 down and stuck with a child sized item that looks straight from Temu 😔 Please avoid if you live in Europe.

Service was okay but slow. Quality was very poor… item unwearable.

The dress I ordered was not the quality I expected and didn't fit. Fjorna did offer a % of the price as refund and I excepted as it was too much hassle to send it back and they don't refund postage.

Hi the dress I orderd was lovely. The only problem was it was rolled into a ball in package and really badly creased it will take a lot of time to try get creases out .

If I could give a minus star I would. Unfortunately I had not read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. As with previous feedback, this is a scam company that import cheap poor quality goods from China. Obtaining a refund is near impossible and they try to wear you down by offering you a ridiculous % of the purchase price with the offer of keeping the goods. This is of no use if its a manufacturing issue with missing stitching. Please do your research into this company 1st before making any purchase.

Hat took 3 weeks to arrive. It was delivered from China. When it arrived it was tightly vacuum packed, not in a box and was completely misshapen. I left it for a couple of days to see if it would miraculously spring in to shape. It didn't! It's not wearable and only fit for a bin. The company have refused to pay postage to return. As a goodwill gesture (!!) they offered a reduction of 20% if I would like to keep the hat, or re-gift it. Why would I want to pay 80% of a hat that is 100% unwearable?!!! Avoid this company

Although delivery took a little time it was worth the wait for good quality Aviator sunglasses at a very good price - would use again recommended

My bag arrived fairly quickly and is great quality. Looks exactly as pictured and has held up brilliantly

White Quartz Heart Huggie Earrings (Silver). Product not as described - very cheap looking stainless steel, and with sharp extra piece of metal on one of the clasps. Emails to try and resolve have so far been ignored, though they managed to email me and ask for a review……
