Wez did two jobs for us at different addresses. He arrived early (he was worried about traffic) and worked diligently to put up units for us. He made a few adjustments to the shelving as our wall was not straight. He did a great job. Very happy to recommend and will use again.

Arrived promptly at 9am even after travelling 2 hours to get to us.

Two large wardrobes were assembled quickly and expertly. Wez clearly has a lot of experience putting up flat pack furniture. I would highly recommend him and would certainly call on him again.

Wez was friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. He assembled our office chair in no time at all.
We will definitely be recommending FLAT PACK WEZARD to all of our friends.

I couldn’t have picked a better company ! We had issues in the arrival of the furniture by ikea they cancelled at 5pm the day before they where due to deliver. Wes was amazing , he offered to collect the items from ikea en route and if they where not available he offered to the move the installation date. But we managed to get the furniture ready for his start date by hiring a van and doing click and collect .

Wez arrived on time and was really fast at assembly he did a fabulous job, very organised and tidy and works in a methodical manner, he build 2 wardrobes, 2 beds and two chest of drawers which we had agreed and then kindly also put up 5 curtain rails nothing was too much trouble and he works so hard ! He didn’t even take a break . He was so helpful and I would highly recommend that you use him. He completed the whole job in a day and if we had done it our selves it would have taken much much longer , so worth every penny . Not often do you find trades people you can say where 100% perfect but in this case he scores 10/10. I struck gold when I booked this company after finding it via Google !

As with other customers, flat pack Wezard do a great job when he bothers coming!!!
I have more chance of Elvis doing a live concert than getting this guy to do a job. Have been trying to contact him to come and help with some things such a wardrobes/shelving but no response although has clearly seen my messages- it's been months!! completely unacceptable way to do business. So if you want your DIY bits sorting before the turn of the next century look elsewhere !! Won't be using again due to such poor communication

We used Wez a couple of years ago, gave glowing reviews, and recommended him to neighbours, who also booked his services.
He built 1 double and 1 triple wardrobe, and erected an 11x7 shed, the first of that size shed he had fitted. He did an excellent job and we rated him so.
Fast forward to last week, where we requested a quote and availability for another flatpack job.
A reply to my WhatsApp message, Wez offered to contact me the next day with a quote, which never arrived. On requesting it again, I received a text that wasn't really clear.
I followed it up with a phone call, which went unanswered and left a voice message, which was met with no reply and no further communication.
It's courteous to contact a customer, even if the job is too small for you or you've no availability.
Obviously we would no longer recommend this company, if you've a small flatpack job!

Wez was very professional in his communications and responded promptly to my request to assemble 2 items of flat-pack furniture. He did a fantastic job! I have asked him to come back to put up some shelving in a couple of cupboards.

Wez was highly professional in his prompt communication and his work faultless. He was very respectful of property changing footwear ensuring floors were clean and would highly recommend him for ikea flat pack assembly.

Wez was very professional, friendly, great with his work, good with communicating about when to come and excellent, fast and relaxed with putting together my office chair together. He went above and beyond with my furniture. My chair is known to be slightly complicated and it did not phase him at all. he spotted the problem area and fixed it immediately.

Wez did an all around excellent job. He was very professional, always on time in his communication, and above all his workmanship is at the highest level of quality. I would happily recommend him to anyone for furniture assembly jobs, including more tricky ones. Our house already feels much more homey thanks to him.

Wow!! I messaged Wez when our ikea wardrobes and bedside tables come as we didn’t want to put them together ourselves. He replied quickly and fitted us in quickly too.
He was friendly and fabulous.

Wez assembled some furniture for us today and he was great! He did an excellent job. Quick but careful, friendly, professional, tidy and reasonably priced. We have him coming back to do some other jobs for us :)

Wez was such a great find! He assembled a large 250cm IKEA wardrobe and finished it to a very high standard - he also fitted a loft ladder, assembled a Next bed and fitted a washing machine - going above and beyond. For those of us that a DIY inept Wez is a breath of fresh air! We are now booking him in for more work.

Wez responded very quickly to my query and arrived on a Saturday afternoon. He assembled my chair with expertise, was pleasant and did not charge any more than quoted. A family-owned business that understands the value of the customer.
