Har köpt flera par skor. Supernöjd! Alma är mina favoriter! Har haft kontakt med kundservice en gång och blev mött med snabba svar och de löste problemet enkelt. Rekommenderar verkligen!
Sömmarna ovan på loafersen var olika så pass att det tydlig syntes. Även hälen stack ut på vänster sko. Även om de är handsydda var de alldeles för stor skillnad

High price, poor quality
“You’re not just purchasing a leather good but investing in a legacy, a story, and a lifelong companion.” – says Flattered on their website. If I were them, I would also add at the end: “If you are lucky enough to not purchase one of our defective pairs of boots”.
I paid £265 for a pair of Flattered’s Alma boots, and they only survived one season before failing me catastrophically during a casual walk on a flat London pavement in dry weather. One of my boots almost completely detached from its sole. I later learnt from Flattered themselves that there is a manufacturing defect with their boots.
I will not buy anything from them again and I suggest you think twice before wasting 300 euro on a product that may fall apart on any given moment and let you down when you least expect it.

Kvaliteten er upåklagelig, men fargegjengivelsen er hel feil på bildene, dessverre. Hanna bag i fargen creme er mer skittenbeige. Cajsa loafers i fargen cognac er veldig lys, som en vasket cognac. Cajsa loafers er svært smale i lesten, og vil ikke passe en normal voksen fot.
I tillegg brukte pakken svært lang tid i posten (16 dager). Pakker herfra har tidligere vært levert mye raskere.

Regarding the Cajsa loafers, you are absolutely right, this style is designed with a slimmer, more narrow fit. For a more standard fit, we would recommend styles such as Dylan or Sara, which tend to suit a wider range of foot shapes.
We’re very sorry to hear about the delivery time. This is not typical, as we usually dispatch orders within 48 hours, and transit times are normally much shorter. We completely understand your frustration and apologise for the delay.

Great product, disappointing delivery service
I would have given a 5 star rating as I love the loafers I received. They are lovely, in every way- the quality, fit and comfort. I would love to order another pair in a different colour. However, I have sadly been put off ordering again as I have since received an expensive customs bill from FedEx (I’m UK Based), and it has still not been sorted. The customer care team have been helpful, reassuring and responsive but as the issue is taking up my time (and most likely more money), I would be hesitant about ordering again sadly.

Firstly I truly love every flattered…
Firstly I truly love every flattered product I have received the quality of the leather and the craftsmanship is by far the best. I recently purchased the blaise ballet flats in the red which I thought I would love the shoes were amazing however I decided the color maybe wasn't for me so I wanted to send them back and exchange for the dark brown, which I did. I then had an issue with the return of the red ones and somehow DHL lost the package and I of course was not provided the receipt at drop off location I used. I have been working with Iry in their customer service who was extremely diligent and kept in touch daily until resolved. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced and they truly care about the customers. I cannot recommend their products enough everything has been absolutely top quality!

Not recommended
I ordered a pair of loafers and they are uncomfortable, the sole is very hard. I returned them right away and emailed flattered several times with no reply. Luckily I noticed they have a chat and someone replied there and processed my refund. However i was shocked the return is not free! They deducted money from my refund. Definitely dont recommend neither the shoes or the brand, aweful experience.
