Hade högre förväntningar
Jättefina skor men storleken stämde inte med storlekstabellen (de var mindre i verkligheten). Långsam kundservice. Långsam återkoppling på att returen mottagits. Förväntade mig mer med tanke på att jag trodde det var ett premiummärke.

I owned the Alma boots a few years ago
I owned the Alma boots a few years ago, and they were absolutely my favourite. Because of that, I preordered the Assia boots in January and was really looking forward to this new style. Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match my previous experience. The zipper supplier seems to have changed, the zipper is thinner and quite difficult to pull up. I wish I had ordered another pair of Alma boots instead.

Order not received. Poor communication
I’m very disappointed with the service from Flattered. I ordered boots on 7th February with express delivery. Only after purchasing was I told there would be delays due to a warehouse move.
When I contacted customer care, they said they couldn’t confirm a delivery date and would refund the shipping. Since then, I’ve contacted them multiple times for an update and to cancel the order, but communication has been poor. The latest update was a generic email saying my order would be dispatched on Monday…still not dispatched.
Delivery issues should be made clear before purchase, and customers should be given realistic timelines. The lack of transparency and support has been very frustrating.
Further update. Despite a response from the business saying a refund has been processed, I’ve yet to receive a refund. I’ve contacted customer care multiple times without a response. Very disappointing.

Really really love them
Really really love them - I’ve been looking for basic loafers for some time, but have found that many look clumsy. These are soft, elegant and slim (and also fit great on wide feet) thank you for making them :-)

Bad Quality, Lovely Design
The gold coloured clip came off just after using the bag a couple of times - now I’ll need to see if it can be repaired. The bag looks so good though, only if I could continue using it with no issues.

Alma Suede Brown Boot
First order came in fitting quite large , as this boot is made large I usually take a 41 had to return to get a size 40.
No hassle free pre-paid return very rapid replies from Flattered.So I ordered the size 40 and I am happy with the result as its very good quality. I ordered it in the black as well and am waiting for that to be delivered. Highly recommend.

Great service.
Purchased the Hedda Grande handbag on the web store, but was unfortunately disappointed with the quality, as the leather fabric was a bit thinner and less sturdy than I had expected, and I decided to return it. The process of returning and getting the refund went smoothly (exept a delay with the mail delivery), and customer service was very helpful when I contacted them. So to sum up: 3 stars for the product, 5 stars for customer service!

Hello,
Due to a problem on FedEx’s side, the shoes I bought during the Black Friday sale in November did not reach me, and the issue was only resolved a few days ago, in the last week of January. Throughout this time, if it weren’t for IRY from customer service, I probably would never shop at the Flattered store again. Thanks to her professionalism and, most importantly, the genuine care she showed and her excellent communication skills, she gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved and made me wait patiently without complaining for nearly two months.
As someone who truly believes in the power of words, I witnessed how beautifully IRY uses her words and how effectively she communicates. I believe the Flattered brand is very lucky to have IRY as one of its employees.
