Har köpt flera par skor. Supernöjd! Alma är mina favoriter! Har haft kontakt med kundservice en gång och blev mött med snabba svar och de löste problemet enkelt. Rekommenderar verkligen!
Sömmarna ovan på loafersen var olika så pass att det tydlig syntes. Även hälen stack ut på vänster sko. Även om de är handsydda var de alldeles för stor skillnad

Fabulous Rami boots
I purchased the Rami boots and they are absolutely beautiful and amazing quality. Delivery ro the UK took about 10 days with standard delivery. Flattered used FedEx who have limited delivery options.

First of all, I really appreciate that you offer shoes in size 35. Finding professional-looking shoes that fit me is usually a challenge, so this means a lot. I was also impressed by the packaging — it beautifully reflects the quality of the product.
The shoes themselves feel very well-made, and at this price point I believe they are highly competitive compared to similar options on the market.

Very happy with my black Sara loafers
Very happy with my black Sara loafers. They are comfortable right out of the box, classic minimalist design, elegant proportions, sturdy synthetic sole perfect for wet or wintery weather, no sock slippage, good quality leather that will look nice broken in. A fine deal for the price. Customer service was excellent helping me navigate a shipping strike in Belgium and a typo I made on my address. I’m a US size 8.5/9, slightly narrow - the 39 is perfect, with room for mid weight knee sock. Can’t wait to wear them again tomorrow.

Katastrofal kvalitet och obefintlig service
Jag köpte ett par Dylan Suede Chocolate shoes som jag tyckte var snygga. Eftersom skorna saknade sula valde jag att lämna in dem till en skomakare för att sulas innan jag började använda dem.
Redan efter en dags användning hade den ena skon töjt ut sig i hälen så mycket att jag inte fick något hälgrepp alls. Jag misstänker starkt att detta beror på den dåliga kvaliteten på skinnet, något som absolut inte ska ske med skor i denna prisklass.
Jag kontaktade kundservice hos Flattered, men fick svaret att eftersom jag köpt skorna på Åhléns och dessutom låtit en skomakare lägga på sula kan de inte garantera någon hjälp. De hänvisade mig tillbaka till Åhléns och skrev:
"I det här läget, eftersom skorna redan har blivit modifierade av en skomakare, kan vi inte garantera att Åhléns kan erbjuda någon hjälp. Du är självklart välkommen att kontakta dem direkt för att se om de kan bistå, men vi vill göra dig medveten om denna begränsning." Ingen hjälp, inget ansvar, bara en hänvisning vidare.
Jag är extremt besviken. Först undermålig kvalitet, sedan en kundservice som inte tar något som helst ansvar och inte erbjuder någon lösning. För mig är detta ett tydligt tecken på både dålig kvalitet och dålig service.
Det här är inte vad man förväntar sig av ett varumärke i den här prisklassen. Jag kommer inte att handla där igen.

Since the purchase was made through Åhléns, all claims and possible compensation need to be handled directly through them. This is standard practice within wholesale, as the payment, purchase agreement, and customer rights are tied to the retailer where the transaction was completed. It is not an unwillingness to help from our side.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Even though we cannot take over the claim, we hope Åhléns will be able to assist you further.

Disappointed on the quality
Quite disappointed on the quality of the bag (Lydia Tote Bag Grained Leather Black) I received (returned). 3 corners of the bottom are bad made, and the leather surface of one side was badly wrinkled.

Ordered to Switzerland
Ordered to Switzerland, unfortunately the hint for „taxes not included“ was very small and I had to pay tax afterward. I wrote the customer care and received a prompt reply within 2 days. They were very supportive and payed for the taxes. Furthermore they took my feedback to make the taxes stuff more visible.
So overall the experience was excellent :)

Not great quality for the price ! The boots have already softened and wrinkled and I’ve only worn them twice !

Meget lang returproces
Virkelig god kundeservice og nogle enormt fine kvalitetsstøvler.
Dog er det ærgerligt at deres returneringer tager så lang tid. Der er nu gået 11 hverdage og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget en refundering, eller en bekræftelse på modtagelse af varen fra Flattered. Det er helt klart grunden de manglende stjerner.
OPDATERING:
Jeg har desværre været nødsaget til at fjerne endnu en stjerne da jeg endnu ikke er blevet refunderet. Ydermere har jeg ikke en gang modtaget svar på min henvendelse til kundeservice.

Fast delivery to Canada and great customer service…
Fast delivery to Canada (about one week). Excellent customer service: they responded quickly and helpfully to all my questions. Unfortunately, the Bon Bon loafers ran small on me, but the return process was smooth and Flattered processed the refund promptly. I’m very impressed with the quality of their shoes and will definitely order from them again.
