Bought a pair of shoes, and it broke after I wore it 3 times... shockingly bad quality. Reached out customer support on the issue, they told me to find a shoe repair shop myself and have it fixed. Both the quality and customer service are truly shocking

Tog tid att få beställningen. Alltid svårt att köpa skor på nätet. Men ok passform. Lite enklare och klumpigare än jag tänkt, men ok.
Priset. Kan störa mig på att ni bara veckor efter att ni kör kampanjer har prisnedsättningar. Det är alltså inte värt att vara en trogen och vanlig kund.
