Unfortunately, it seems like the problem at hand is regarding the delivery of your order! This is unfortunate, but is not as a direct result of our actions, as Flawless and Royal Mail are two entirely separate entities.

Nevertheless, we are 100% committed to resolving this issue for you.

Royal Mail have confirmed the delivery as complete, and provided a proof of delivery image, which we will email over to you.

From there, we will take the next appropriate steps towards resolving this issue.

We are devastated to hear that you have not received your order.

However, upon reviewing the information given to us by DPD, it was confirmed hat your order was delivered on the 13th May.

If this was not the case, please contact 'support@flawlessvapedistro.co.uk', and we will raise a formal investigation with DPD.
