Excelent delivery service. I ordered 5 puffbars But not really happy with them .as its hard to pull on them to get anything out of them.. only £2 each but not even worth that. So a bit dissapointed really.

I am a frequent customer of Flawless and as usual, customer service is very good, good variety of products and prices. Orders are filled very quickly. Once I had a problem with a product that I received and contacting customer service, the product was quickly replaced. I used the CBD that I purchased for a chronic pain disorder and a good product and quick service is essential for me. I can't say enough praise for this company and will remain a loyal customer.

Don’t order vapes if you’re a novice
I ordered a vape and I’ve not used one before so wasn’t sure what to do. It came with no instructions and I turned it on but didn’t realise there was a tiny rubber cap in the mouth piece. I tried searching instructions online with no luck but did figure it out the next day. It tasted nasty and nothing like its described flavour. I emailed the company to complain and they sent me a label so I could post it back for free. I told them I would like to try another one because I presumed this one was defective and Joel told me it was illegal to sell it without instructions so again thought I had just been unlucky. I had to chase as heard nothing back and was told returns take upto 5 days to process, I also confirmed I will try another one. I then had a refund issued email and got my money back a week later.
Obviously they don’t sell them with instructions is my thoughts now. I think I’ll just pass on using them again.

The vape it's self is alright but the flavour is so strong, got pineapple ice and the flavour is so sweet and stays in you're mouth for a while, hurts my throat too cause of the overpowering flavour
