Needed screens for a 35 year old house. Measurements were accurate and screens fit perfectly. Actually had severe winds right after installing and not a one fell out! Can't say enough good things about this product!

We have casement windows in our home. These screens are perfect for that type of window, and easy to install.

I ordered my screens in two batches. I followed the recommended undersizing of 3/8" the first time and found that it was too much for our windows. I undersized by 1/16" the second time and those fit much better. I do think that will depend on your window frames, however.

The screen does not fit in the window. Measured as instructed. The rounded top and bottom edges are not going onto the window channel. It is too big by the smallest amount. Very disappointed.

Flex screen is an easy company to work with. The screens are great quality and their service was spot on. I miss measured my windows and they made it right without any issues.

My only qualm is that the tool you offer to measure doesn't act like a ruler, you have to hold the tool up to a measuring tape, and then you ask me to do math (subtract some 1/16th of an inch). Could be much simpler. Shipped fast.

The measuring is so confusing. I checked and double checked my measurements, but when you have to type them in, you have to literally do fraction math to subtract portions of an inch off your measurement and then turn it back into specific carpenter fractions. After all that, my screen came and did not fit. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

Easy to order, easy to measure, quick to arrive, quality product. We love these screens. We are slowly replacing old damaged screens in our older home. They fit well, stay and place and hold up. Eventually the whole house will be upgraded to the new screens

Great Product

Process was painless get your measurements and submit the order. The quality of the product is better than I imagined. In shipping the box was torn and some of the foam retention bumpers were missing, and they just sent me some replacements no issues.

The flex screens are amazing!!! Measurement tool was easy to use and the screens were easy to install.

Mike was amazing!! He and I emailed back and forth and he did not give up until he was able to help me out! This is my second Flex Screen and I love it!! A little expensive on the shipping side but the screens are great!!

Great window screens to replace traditional aluminum frame screens. For my installation, these screens all almost 1/2 the cost of original window screens. I don’t know why you wouldn’t use these exclusively in the future. The screens were a little tricky to measure, but website guides you through the process and can also do the math for you to obtain the correct dimensions.

The customer I purchased these for were so excited to replace their old bent window screens. The flex screens fit very well. If anything i would recommend to others ordering these would be to probably lean towards the smaller side of your measurements and shoot to be 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch undersized.

Help on the phone with my screen measurements was great since the pocket depths were unusual. Screen fit perfectly.
