I ordered the screen that came with the measuring tool. It wasn't until after i submitted my dimensions that you're supposed to take off 1/16th from your measurements using that tool (written on the back of the tool). I wish the website notified me of that. The screen fits, but is VERY tight and I'm concerned when I have to take it out to clean the window. But that will be an issue next year.

Screens were ½inch short on the widths.
I follwed your instructions very carefully.
I had ordered before and had a simialr problem so I called to make sure I was doing it correctly.
I gave the measurement in email and verbally.
Refund? Redo? Never a customer again?

We were frustrated by the original screens that bent and broke and could not find quality screens locally. Found FlexScreens and thought we would try them out. Great screen material in the flexible framing are perfect for us. We will continue to transition all the screens in our house to FlexScreens. Highly recommended.

I messaged numerous times about the screens and still no reply.

measuring was simple. It fits and looks great.

I was nervous about measuring, my door opening is oddly shaped, but the guides were perfect. Clear instructions, fast service, excellent fit.

Flexscreen’s “measuring tool” adjusted the screen size and guess what? It was too short. They suggest I pay more for the right size then pay even more to ship it. No way I’m giving this company any more money, it’s just a scam.

The screen was of adequate quality, the flexibility of it helped in the installation, and the sizing was correct.

Absolutely LOVE our flex screens!! Once we got the measurements and submitted the screens came very quickly. I had them all (11) installed in a matter of minutes and they look fantastic!! Will definitely be ordering more!!

Once we. received the screens, we were pleased with the results. The screens fit easily into the slots and look terrific!

The screen fits well and seems well-made and sturdy. The measuring tool was a little unnecessary, but it was fine.

I thought the measuring process was entirely too complicated even right down to your YouTube.

I love the way the screen looks. I love the way it pops in, but it doesn’t fit extremely well. It is however a great product and I would’ve bought five but the measuring made me so nervous I decided to buy one which unfortunately was $35 to ship.

Bought these specifically because I need to be able to install them from the inside. We have narrow pockets, with no pocket at the sill location. These are a huge pain in the butt to install from the inside. Many curse words have been associated with trying to fit these in.

The screens fit perfectly, except for one of the 10 ordered. The screen is bent inward at the weld and has a visible kink. Other than that, they all fit perfectly.

The screen fit perfectly. The directions were well done. I did have help putting the screen in, but it just took a couple of minutes for my helper to install the screen.

Screen was easy to get in. Good product.

The window screen is durable and it’s easy to install. Flexscreen is the only window screen that fits my windows.
