I love my screens unfortunately I was off on my measurement by and inch on 2 of the 6 screens. I was shocked that they let me replace those two screens for only $10 each when it was my mistake.

Everything went smoothly the only issue is it cost $35 to ship a single screen which is pretty expensive.

I ordered the 'tool' to measure the windows for the screens. I watched the video (several times to be sure I got it right!) on 'how to measure' followed the instruction to a 'T'. (I also read the previous reviews and took the advice from them.)
I was so excited to finally have screen on my office windows after 5 long years. The day the came I was overjoyed-- until-- the didn't fit They were entirely TOO BIG. We have propped them up inside the windows, on the ledge so at least it wasn't a total waste of money. One screen came with a very small tear on the edge. The material is good, the quality is good. But the video and instructions don't work for sizing. Since its a 'DIY' it's right -- or wrong! It was a really expensive wrong for us. I wouldn't order or recommend. Sorry FlexScreen

Really like the measuring tool. Screens are nice and easy to put in. Shipping costs are high and I would give Fed Ex 1 star since they sent my screens to New Jersey instead of Georgia.

Great Product. Fits very nice. I was very worried about it fitting. I don't know why, you would have never guessed I measured these 3 screen openings 10 tens. These are great!

They fit ok on the windows. Didn't fit on one anyway.

The screens fit perfectly, look great and were easy to install.

I was skeptical when I ordered these screens, but after ordering them, the tool they used for measuring made everything so much easier the screens came. They’re well constructed and they fit perfect in my windows with no issues. They’re easier than my old screens. I love them. I’ll be ordering more

It took about a month to get here. It said it would be about 2 weeks.

Customer service was responsive throughout the process, we ordered screens for many types of windows for the whole house. They all fit wonderfully!

Pretty painless ordering process all in all. The screen arrived and fit perfectly. This was a trial run with just one screen, but we'll be ordering more.

I am very pleased with my new FlexScrrens. I was a little worried that I would not be accurate enough with my measurements but it worked out great. It was a bit tricky getting the screens in but I got it and am a happy customer.

Fits well! First time we’ve been able to open out window in 5 years.
