The Flic Hub Mini is a small device to manage your Flic Twist controllers, with which you can integrate and control your smart enabled devices.
This device is pretty small and can be attached underneath your desk or hidden behind switch boards. You setup once and forget that it even existed.
This is a mandatory device if you want to use Flic Twist controller. Without this hub Flic buttons or twist wont work.
Setting up Flic hub mini was pretty straight forward, you need to download the app from Google Play store (Andriod) or Apple App store (iPhone) then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and follow the steps. Setup was easy and allows you to add your Flic Twist or button functions.
This device supports Matter enabled smart home devices, Alexa, Ikea home integration. If you are mostly Google smart home connected user then stay away from this device. Wish this device supported more platforms. With the ease of touch functions at your desk or wall mounted, it would have unlocked more usable possibilities with more platform support/integration.

I ordered the flic hub mini to get my experience started with Flic and boy am I impressed! First off it's tiny! Way smaller than any other "hub" out there and you can hide it away anywhere. Second, it took nearly no time to get it set up in the app. I am on my way to getting all sorts of flic buttons and other accessories set up to activate my lights and smart routines and so much more. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to add easy to use buttons to their home, this mini hub is the first step!

The Flic Hub Mini is a compelling option for users who are already invested in Flic buttons or are looking for a simple, tactile way to control their smart home devices without always reaching for their phone or using voice commands. Its affordability, speed, and Matter support make it an attractive entry-level hub.

It's particularly well-suited for individuals or families in smaller to medium-sized living spaces who don't require Apple HomeKit integration and can live without the advanced hardware features of its bigger sibling, the Hub LR. The primary benefit is making your Flic buttons a more reliable and accessible part of your smart home for everyone.

However, if rock-solid reliability is paramount, you have a very large or complex home environment, or Apple HomeKit support is a must-have, then investing in the Flic Hub LR might be a more prudent choice, despite the higher cost. Potential buyers should also be prepared for a bit of tinkering if they run into connectivity hiccups, as seems to be a recurring theme in some user experiences.

I'll start with the Hub Mini because it is the driver of our excitement towards the Flic products. With the hub mini you no longer need a phone connected to use the Twist or the buttons.

Our oldest child is non-verbal and was left out of the ability to communicate with our Smart Home devices...until now. The Flic Twist has opened up multiple opportunities for him to now control most everything including Routines on our Amazon Echo devices.

Set up was easy and straight forward. Not to mentioned changing after setup, was just as easy. Although we haven't yet I do believe that he will be able to make changes on his own via the app.

We only have one Matter connected device but with the Flic Hub, Twist and Buttons we will be seeking out some additional Matter products since that is the upcoming tech. Therefore making the Flic products future proof for quite some time and worth the investment for us.

Ordered 2 Flic buttons for my sons to use with their iPads for turning music pages. They are a great help and make reading/performing so much more efficient. The team at Flic was a great help during the ordering process. Since I ordered one white and one black they were scheduled to come at different times. I found that I needed a metal clip after I’d ordered the buttons and they were incredibly helpful consolidating the orders and getting them to me as quickly as possible. Great experience, great products.

I love my flic button it makes turning my lights off without getting up easy. I can also change and play music conviently its easy to use it's nice to have one button that can control so many things around your home

I enjoy using Flic buttons for turning on and off my bedroom lights. I had been using the Home app on my phones, but this button makes life so much easier (I have a loft bed). Daniel is so proud of his products and reached out to me to be sure the order was to my satisfaction. Shipping is super speedy, and I have no doubt that Daniel would take care of any customer service issues I have (not that I expect any!!). Flic is a really good company, and there products are revolutionary - the Flic Button is their most well known product which connects so easily to Alexa with or without the Flic Hub. If I had one thing to say against Flic is that they use FedEx for their delivery service, and FedEx are very unreliable. Apart from their delivery method Flic is a really good company.

Lovely little product but quite expensive tbh.
Connected to OnSong quickly however tempo app needed some help but once it was sorted by the support team it was easy, thank you.
Only problem I have is as Bluetooth connection so a slight lag to activating click in time if stop starting it.

Other than that works a treat and supportive tech team

I received my flic amazingly fast without a hitch so the shipping and partnership with fedex was awesome however I am having great difficulty pairing my new flic with my new iPad Pro 13.. I want to pair it with the forScore app in my iPad Pro 13 so I can perform music and turn pages by accessing the flic button sti\uck right on my instrument.. I will keep trying to sort it out,,, A big learning curve for this old gal…

Een aantal maanden geleden twee flic-buttons aangeschaft als page turner in het programma Mobile Sheets, een voor mijn altsax en een voor mijn baritonsax.
Een van de ontvangen buttons kon ik niet verbinden met mijn laptop waar Mobile Sheets op draait.
Na heel vaak en heel veel contact te hebben gehad heb ik alle lof voor de wijze waarop flic aan klantensevice doet.
Uiteindelijk is mij duidelijk geworden dat de verbindingsproblemen liggen bij windows 11 en niet bij de flic-buttons, ondanks dat Microsoft beweert dat het probleem bij de buttons ligt.
Beide buttons werken nu perfect!

I've been a long term customer at this point, having purchased a number of hubs and buttons. Any questions I've had, issues I've had, have not only been meet with fair treatment, but quick response. You can tell Flic highly values their customers.

I’ve had an excellent experience with flic buttons to begin with, they are an excellent quality product.

I did recently discover an issue with one of mine so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and were very kind and transparent through the entire process. They provided me with the help I needed promptly. It was an excellent customer service experience.

Customer service is top notch. I had a failed device and they replaced it without question even though it was out of warranty period. Thanks Flic!

I use flic with the music notation software, ForScore.

This little button makes life so much easier when I have page turns, so much better than using a pedal!

Flic is one of my most important musical accessories, I never go to a performance without it!

I had some trouble configurating my flic 2 button to work as a page turner for my music program (mobile sheet pro). I contacted the costumer service by email and got a quick response. After soms troubleshooting I figured out what i was doing wrong. the quick response time of the costumer service was very nice. Now my flic button works perfectly!

Not sure why I received a request for a review? I preordered a product that won’t ship before June. It’s a little early to review a product I haven’t received.
