Wheel came off suitcase not much over 12 months old, in fact 20 days out of warranty. 1st email was a point blank refusal to help in any way despite me saying I was willing to pay for replacement wheels if they could advise where to buy from and subsequent emails have garnered no response whatsoever. What a shoddy way to deal with customers and also a shoddy product

I ordered a Silver set of cases and arrived in Black and in the invoice is written SILVER SET

I told FloghtKNight that the suitcase didn’t arrive. DPD posted a photo of the parcel but on somebody else’s porch. Flight knight said they would look into it but I’ve not heard anything since. Wondering if I will see my money back
Update 4/10/23 - had not heard from FlightKnight in a week and finally today an email to say that my parcel had been delivered to me - Of course it has NOT been delivered to me and if they had bothered to ask me they would know that. DPDs own paperwork confirms that they didnt deliver the parcel to me Have asked for a refund from Flight Knight but wondering if I will ever see my money again! NB - Flight Knight emails dont give a contact phone number so you can only email and wait for their ridiculous replies and even those take a week to arrive!

I brought the RyanAir approved suitcase for that very reason, so I could take onto RyanAir flights, and since had nothing but fines as the bag is too big, despite it being sold as approved by this airline. Shame as the bag is really lovely, but my fault for trusting this company and not checking but not very happy as spent £70 on fines, more than the bag cost!!

My initial review in Amazon was 5 stars as I addived in America with all siut cases in tacked (set of 3 cases each for my self and my Wife) but when i returned home, one lug was snapped off on my medium size case and part of the handle cover was missing from the large case of my Wife's. I contated Flight Knight, and imediatly had a reply asking for more details, photos and copies of recepit etc, I sent this straight away, and not a peep from them, I have chased up with 3 emails since and no reply, it seems I am getting the same treatment as everyone else on here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Warranty doesnt seem to be worth the paper it is written on. No phone number to call either

Suitcase arrived on time. Exactly what I ordered.

I have ordered a suitcase on their webshop. When it arrived it didn’t have the TSA lock which was described on their website neither a different TSA lock which was on the tag but some cheap combination lock. Most importantly the zipper doesn’t function properly as a result of wrong stitching. Opening and closing the suitcase is very difficult, so I emailed them on july 8th (a few days after I received the suitcase) asking for a refund and a free return label. Over a month and 4 emails later, I still haven’t received my return label and my refund and I’m also not getting a helping reply anymore. I would like a reply back from them and most importantly, I want my money back! Don’t buy for them! I expected quality since they are relatively expensive, but both the service and the product are worthless.

Fast delivery, perfect product und service

I ordered a Flight Knight suitcase through Amazon, and was pleased with the size and quality. However, it arrived with scuffs to the corner, so I contacted them for a replacement. They quickly confirmed they would replace it, but in the days since then my messages have all been ignored. Awful experience, I’m going on holiday and have no clue what I’m meant to do next or whether I should just order from another company!
