I packed my 55x40x23cm Maximum Size Lufthansa Lightweight 4 Wheel ABS Hard Cabin Suitcase last night. I woke up this morning to go to the airport noticed a giant crack in the top corner!! I can’t imagine how this bag could survive a flight considering it couldn’t withstand gentle use of packing before even leaving my home. I already had a poor experience with their customer service so I guess this is 80€ down the drain. Absolutely not worth the money.

Un grand bravo aussi au service de livraison qui à été très proffessionnel et très aimable. Le chauffeur a attendu en tout cas 10 minutes le temps que j'arrives à la maison.
En bref très bon service, des articles de qualité et livrés vraiment rapidement.

Reasonable price, fantastic product and quick delivery

Shocking customer service! I ordered a 3 piece luggage set they in fairness was delivered within a couple of days. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, 2 out of the 3 cases age damaged. A massive dent in the large case. Emailed details and photos. Response the next day from Carmelina asking for details I had already given in initial email but replied straight back with info again. Since then absolute radio silence, I have sen various emails with no response & no phone no to contact them. Also tried using contact form on website but nothing. They are clearly ignoring my emails and the problem. I am going away next week so needed it sorted by the weekend which I have told them but still nothing. They obviously don’t care and I am out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend using them!

No response to any emails after sending product back even though they say it will be within 48 hours!!! Asked them to also inform me of receipt of item.Had to pay £8 .19 to send back as they don’t pay for returns!! So far almost £60 out of pocket.Appalling service cannot recommend dealing with this company

Great suitcase, fabulous colour!

I ordered a 3-piece luggage set which arrived promptly and in good order. I liked Flight Knight for two reasons:

i. Their cases open up in the middle which makes it easy for packing and access (whereas many cases zip up on one side only)

ii. Virtually all airlines allow a cabin bag on board but their maximum dimensions vary greatly. I compiled a schedule of sizes and the Flight Knight cabin bag is permitted by all except Qatar Air - so I can fly pretty much anywhere safe in the knowledge that I will not have to put my cabin bag in the hold

The Navy Blue colour is just the shade I was loooking for - and it should make it easy to spot on the carousel in what is usually a sea of black bags and cases.

I am looking forward to "road testing" them in my holiday in a few days time.

Easy to order online. Arrived within scheduled dates. Item and colour as described. Good quality and well packaged.

Fantastic service. Had issue with suitcases after 10 months and replacement sent within a few days. Highly recommended and would purchase again from this company.

Where is my order ? There transportation company is saying my order have been delivered but it’s false !
If on Monday nothing change I will ask for a refund .

Had to leave a review as i’ve seen so many bad ones regarding customer service but for me it was the opposite. i recieved a suitcase which had a faulty lock and emailed the company straight away, the next morning they’d already got back to me and said they were sending me a replacement! i got the replacement suitcase which is in perfect condition the next day and didn’t have to worry about trying to send the other one back, the customer service couldn’t have been better and i don’t know why the rest of the reviews are so bad as i admit it did scare me! but i really do recommend this company the suitcase i now have his very high quality and durable and it looks great too!

Delivery fine issues happened when damaged item returned, customer service unable to confirm return actually happened even with me providing tracking numbers and able to name person and time of delivery. Full week and numerous email told them I've purchased from elsewhere and wanted a full refund, also could you provide me with details of their complaints procedure. No further emails no contact details for complains, full refund.
Poor after sales

Very quick delivery and good choice of courier. Quality good for the price paid. Product for underseat use on easyJet absolutely spot on. Previously had bought through Amazon but had been sent the wrong one, so decided to deal with the company direct. No problems and would buy again.
