The sauna blanket I received doesn't look anywhere near the same as what's on the website. Looks like a British company, but the manual clearly wasn't written in English, but is a incomprehensible translation in parts. So not sure if it is the quality they claim (far infrared and blocking less safe emissions). Written to them, but no reply. Blanket does heat up.

I have add a star, as I appreciate the company's response and I do enjoy using the blanket. Even if it would be just for relaxation.

Maybe it's unfair to expect a quick answer to an email sent 19th April, over Easter. Also I have now seen that social media shows the blanket I received vs the one on their website when you order. Hence my confusion. Feel a bit better about that.

But from the manual:
People who avoided using sauna if you are:
Patient with bleeding and in recovery

People who have to be accompanied with their family and must intermittently when using sauna

It uses English words, but I wouldn't call it English from an English company.

It is really awesome when a company actually takes customers seriously. All my questions and reservations are now answered. All I can do now is really enjoy the sauna blanket, knowing it is safe a doing the job. Thank you James!

The sauna blanket seems to be a good quality and certainly heats up well! It was delivered promptly. Too early to say how beneficial it will turn out to be , but certainly very relaxing and certainly induces sweating. The only minor quibble is that the heaviness of the blanket material makes it a bit uncomfortable at the foot end, your toes come under a lot of pressure.

Very impressed with my infrared sauna blanket. Ordering was easy and delivery super fast. The blanket itself is easy to use and it folds away into the included bag. You can change levels (the higher the level the higher the temperature) and time using the control panel. I’ve used it quite a lot already and will continue to do so. One tiny thing - I wish the beep when the time is up was a bit louder

A great product. It feels well made and was received quickly. When I reached out to the team with a query I got a very prompt and friendly response. All in all a very positive customer experience, plus I love the product. I have a chronic pain disorder and the sauna blanket helps ease the discomfort.

Opted for express delivery and had an issue with locating my order due to the courier. The team were straight on to the issue, very helpful, problem solved in no time.
So far, so good. It has helped with better sleep and relaxation and can feel such a difference already. Very happy with this purchase. Looked at comparison companies and im glad i chose this one.

I don't often write reviews but.........Why can't all companies be like this one !!! Five stars for customer service alone ! Questions answered very quickly (on a Sunday !). I ordered the following Sunday and the Sauna Blanket arrived on the Tuesday morning following several email notifications from James. Quality is great. Have used it several times already and very happy with the performance. I can't recommend this company enough !

Revieved within a couple days.
Have used it 3 times already.
It gets very hot and I have not gone up yo Max setting yet !
Great sweat on while watching TV.
Easy to fold away for storage.

Spent quite a while looking for a heated sauna blanket for my wife as she struggles with fibromyalgia. This company didn’t have a massive amount of reviews. But the ones they had were very good.

Delivered when stated, packed well and does exactly what it said.

I bought a Floe pod pro in the Black Friday sale. It was a really good price compared to some other retailers, so I thought I’d give them a go. Just after I placed the order, I saw I’d been sent a further discount code and having got in touch the extra discount was refunded to my account. Customer service was excellent and my pod arrived within days. I’ve got to say, I’m delighted by the quality. It feels sturdy and it’s very roomy. I’m so glad bought from Floe, and definitely recommend.

Was recommended Floe by my physio when I was in the market for a new massage gun and cupping device. Both are superb. I’ve recently been back to Floe to grab a sauna blanket. Having used this now for a few weeks (almost daily after my long runs), I can’t recommend this highly enough. It’s so relaxing and has put me to sleep on numerous occasions. Even better, it was hand delivered, whilst we have since been contacted numerous times by Floe to check everything was ok. Superb service.

I have Fibromyalgia and was unable to do anything because of the massive flair up i suffered the last few days. I used the sauna blanket a few times a day during this time and it helped me so much to relax and warmed my body. Definitely recommend this product.
