Very helpful staff, patient whilst I pondered between 2 carpets! Excellent responsive communication and quick lead time on the carpet I ordered and fitted ten days later.

Courtney when out over her way to help

I recently bought a mattress and I love it! Gareth was super helpful and showed us so many options and which mattress was best suited for us. We even ended up getting pillows which I couldn't live without now! Excellent company:)

They provided exceptional service in store and on delivery. Very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and consider ourselves returning customers!

Absolutely fabulous company on so many levels. Staff go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. Lewis, Paul, Ashley, Huw, Dana and Gareth. Dana, thank you for going the extra mile and Gareth, you're the best!

Went in looking for a bed and met Des who was really helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't quite sure what we wanted but, thanks to Des, left after buying a king size bed that fits our needs perfectly. Couldn't have wished for better experience and outcome - will be back again in the not too distant future looking for carpets!

My mother has recently ordered two beds from this store. The sales advisor Courtney, was lovely. She was not pushy, allowed her to look and provide advice when needed. Organising delivery was straight forward, and she was updated throughout. Would highly recommend the store.

Very helpful, polite staff. Clean shop with plenty of carpets to choose from - can't wait until it's fitted 🙂 Thank you.

Amazing staff very helpful. Very good value for money thanks Dana and team x

I went to the store unknowingly as they were just about to close, but when I explained my situation about needing a new mattress then Courtney and Des were only to happy to help no matter what the time. Courtney also made time to explain what I needed to do to prepare the mattress and made for a lovely experience, very friendly, polite, and so easy going but very professional. Would definitely recommend plus keep it local 👌

Purchased a single bed. Very helpful and friendly staff, gave useful advice about which mattress would be most suitable. Lovely to have such great customer service!
