Quick delivery and excellent advice for flooring, packaged perfectly.

Only place I found with a large amount of Walnut flooring to choose from. I needed different sizes for a feature piece and emailed in asking about colour matching between ranges. I was surprised at how fast I got a response and the detail. They went through the trouble of sending over live comparison photos of the shades so I could make the right choice. 5 star service.

I was in a hurry searching online as I was let down by the original flooring company I ordered from and found these guys. I called up to make sure everything was in stock and to avoid being let down again. I spoke to a polite gentleman who helped me with everything and even gave me advice on the right accessories to use.

Very happy with the flooring and service provided.

It was such a pleasure dealing with the staff here. The flooring came on time and was just as I expected and now it is laid it looks wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.

Great service, quality, comms and price

Jacob made the ordering process very simple and took care of everything for me. very polite and informative.

Ended up buying my floor from here as the colour and price was right. Intially ordered a bunch of samples which came slightly smaller then others, but after speaking to them and narrowing down my choice I was able to get a really big sample which helped finalise the decision.

Excellent advice, customer service and real attention to detail. These guys know everything there is to know about flooring and how to maintain it. Absolutely love the floor in my new kitchen. Thankyou.

Ordering our flooring on line was easy. We were given a delivery date immediately. The delivery arrived on time, well packaged and the driver was very friendly. I purchased SPC flooring decribed as a superior quality product which was cheap plastic and poor quality. When I tried to return it, the company tried to impose an illegal "restocking fee" and a £100+ pickup fee. They will not admit to sellings goods not as described and so I will end up having to waive my rights to a full refund because I sense this could go on. Interestingly, they never published my reviews of the product -- in fact there are no reviews of the product at all on their website and yet they claim to have sold vast quantities...

Mark was an absolute star and extremely patient dealing with my dynamically changing situation and requirements, including a last minute expedited delivery request. The flooring is looking amazing and so far so good, seems to be high quality.

One thing I'd like Floor Warehouse to consider is introducing a premium delivery service option. I had to move 600kg of flooring myself box by box - took me over 1h and my back wasn't happy. I would have gladly paid a bit extra for someone to do a few rounds unloading from the pallet into a cart, into the lift and then into my flat.

Excellent customer service from Floor Warehouse team. Product was high quality and easy to fit. Good value. Highly recommend.
