It was a very good customer support. It was my first time try online booking Flowerchimp from France. I book on 26april, hope delivery 17May to my lovely mother in Malaysia.
Anyhow, customer support Darshini assist me very well for me customize request.

This is my 3rd times buying from them. So far so good.

Made payment on 01Apr2025, for delivery on 15Apr2025. Indonesia was on a week-long break, but there was more than sufficient time to process this, and reach out to me if payment was not received.

I emailed on 14Apr2025 to check the order, and was informed payment was not received.

After showing payment proof, I was told the morning delivery cut-off time had passed, and will be delivered in the afternoon of 15Apr2025.

This has caused me much embarrassment with my client, who was supposed to receive the congratulatory flowers on a milestone event for their company.

Use them for corporate gifting at your own peril.

Everything is smooth! this is my first time using flowerchimp to deliver a flower to my sister delivered a baby boy. everything is just online.. I also contact with Darshini who assist me throughout the process. very excellent experience. plus The Price is reasonable & Affordable florist in IPOH. cuz i find other place the price is crazy.

The website which allow us to view the products and purchasing experience is easy and user friendly. The operation hours is only until 7pm for the customer service so if there’s any question to ask, it would have to wait until the next day. However, Darshini reverted promptly as soon as operation hours starts again with amazing attitude. She carries the personality where customers would expect from a bouquet shop. Details to the care of flowers, and always polite. She is a true asset to the company 🫶🏻
