Usually order delivery was good but latest delivery on 9th Mar 2025 was unsatisfactory in terms of delivery arrangements.

I've given full address detail, delivery arranged with a runner who went to the wrong building and ended up my bf who was in hospital tollow up with the runner and still runner was not able to deliver to the hospital room. Finally one of his visitor helped to go and collect the pot and deliver to him
Fairly disappointed either the service, expected delivery straight to the door instead. Pot flower is good.

I ordered a sunflower and roses bouquet. Upon receipt, I was absolutely disappointed that petals of 4 to 5 stalks of the roses were already dried and bruised. I am deeply embarrassed. My partner was not impressed and unfortunately I have to say Flower Chimp ruined an important occasion for us.

Very easy ordering process and fast and courteous delivery. Highly recommended.

Flower and delivery are perfect. The cake flavour wasn't quite right, too much cinnamon taste.

I am extremely DISSAPOINTED with your service. I specifically chose an orange flower arrangement for my dearest friend, as stated as available on your website. However, you changed the flowers to a mix of red roses and yellow sunflowers, which, in my opinion, was a very poor choice that did not blend well at all. The final arrangement looked CHEAP AND UNPLEASANT TO SEE. Instead of calling to confirm the change, you sent an email and proceeded with the delivery without my approval. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, your attempt to compensate with a 15% voucher is inadequate. Given this experience, I have no intention of using your service again.

great overall service except for the tracking - made me wonder about my gift whereabout all the time. the pricing is slightly higher than the quality, imo. but okay!
