She gave us confidence and explained all process to us in detail and took care of all the intricacies. The journey was smooth and a pleasure and we are very grateful to Focus Finsure for helping us secure our first home in the UK. What I would like to see better in Focus is that they build a customer portal where prospective customers can login and see all the prospective lenders and their current interest rates and terms to arrive at an informed and competitive decision regarding the products.
