Hi there — we’re really sorry that it felt difficult to transfer your prescription. That’s never the experience we want anyone to have.

To clarify, we absolutely support prescription transfers to any local pharmacy of your choice, and we also provide direct billing when applicable. We never block or delay transfers — our team processes them as soon as the request comes in. We’re very sorry if this wasn’t clear or if it felt like we were preventing the process in any way.

Regarding your Wegovy savings card, we can apply eligible rebates when the medication meets the program’s criteria. We’d be happy to review your file to make sure everything was handled correctly.

Waiting several days after paying a consultation fee is frustrating, and we understand how that can feel very different from having an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider.
