My wife and I had a wonderful and enlightening consultation with a young lady named Debby. She put us both at peace from the beginning and explained the process of arranging our wills in detail. Several matters were pointed out to us that we had not given any thought to, which resulted in us having greater peace of mind over the whole experience. We then moved on to arranging a Lasting Power of Attorney, and words failed me in describing how much assistance we received overall.

My wife and I have no problem with recommending Four Seasons Future Planning to our family and friends; in our opinion, any person dealing with them will receive sound, helpful advice.

Well I had a good chat with Peter Stevens today. He was spot on the agreed time when he rang. We had a very good and easy to understand consultation about what I could do for writing my will and advice for Power of Attorney. I decided to go with his first class recommendations which he made so easy to understand. He has such a calm way of setting out what I need to do and helped me with my requirements. I feel so much better now that I have things in place for my family when I have passed. I can only HIGHLY recommend this company and Peter if you need to make clear your wishes for your future for your family when they need it. Thank you very much Peter and Four Seasons.

Peter, the consultant that helped guide us through the Will and LPA process was wonderful. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice and brought to our attention many things we hadn’t even considered. We’d like to thank him for his professionalism but also for keeping the serious subject matter light hearted.

The member of staff fully described every type of Will we could have and he did not pressurize us at all. We were given plenty of time to make a decision. The member of staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am so glad that I followed a random question on facebook. It asked about wills and, being curious, I read through the many replies. Several people said how great they had found the service with Four Seasons Future Planning so I had a look. The site was easy to follow and I was intrigued about the possibility of having a will written for free by experienced professionals. We all love a bargain! I asked for a consultation and wrote some notes for myself on what I wanted to include and achieve with the will.
I spoke with a really friendly and helpful gent (Peter) who patiently listened to what I needed to do with my assets etc. He talked me through a few points and most helpfully to me, he explained what I needed to do in order to distribute my valuables to my satisfaction instead of them automatically going to my ex. Peter was knowledgeable, emailing me appropriate links so that I could take the time to read into the concepts he was introducing me to. Arranging a will can sometimes be daunting, people dislike thinking about their demise, they may have superstitions or have complex legal requirements, so having everything explained clearly and being able to ask questions is a big plus. Peter used relatable anecdotes and wicked humour to make a necessary evil feel less like having a root canal and more like we were just chatting - at times it became akin to a game show!
I was reassured by the time that Peter took to make sure that I fully understood both the process and the time frame of taking my will from the discussion stage to being able to hold a copy in my hand. At no stage did I feel rushed or out of my depth. I seriously recommend Four Seasons Future Planning, they made a potentially sad but necessary job seem much less complex than I had anticipated and I even came off the phone with a smile on my face. 10/10 for customer satisfaction.
