I was treated with great respect, as I was initially worried about making my will over the phone. The kind young man who dealt with everything was Peter, and was very helpful, kind and understanding. Excellent service
My wife and I have completed both wills and LPA's with four seasons and the service and customer care were excellent. We have had issues with our LPA's and Four Seasons has always been there to sort the issues out. The call Centre staff were always polite and helpful and ensured we spoke to the correct people to ensure the issues were rectified quickly.
