No conocía esta comercializadora pero…

No conocía esta comercializadora pero me la recomendo una comparadora conocida de Intenet por los precios. De momento la app se entiende muy fácil sobre los conceptos tan complicados del recibo de la luz. El servicio de atención al cliente también muy accesible, todo lo contrario con otras que te tienen al teléfono 30 minutos esperando.

Hasta el momento no podemos quejarnos,hemos comparado en internet un poco las empresas más económicas en calidad y precios en el mercado y nos saltó esta empresa donde yo personalmente di con MICHEL un asesor telefónico super atento y disponible,la verdad es que yo no entiendo mucho este sector pero me lo explicó todo muy bien y la verdad que me sentí escuchada y bien asesorada

El cambio desde mi anterior proveedor…

El cambio desde mi anterior proveedor tardó aproximadamente 10 días. Es una aplicación muy práctica, en la que se puede ver el coste de la electricidad por hora y planificar un consumo más económico. Respuestas rápidas por parte del servicio de atención al cliente. El futuro está en las energías renovables y el consumo inteligente.

It´s a scam. Expect a raise in costs...

Nos prometieron una reducción sustancial en nuestras facturas (fueron muy específicos en cuanto a la cantidad), pero en cambio, ¡nuestras facturas se duplicaron! Ahora hemos vuelto a la empresa líder y las facturas vuelven a ser las mismas que antes. Seguimos con Frank Energy 3 meses porque después de la primera factura pensamos que podría haber habido una anomalía, pero no... las 3 facturas fueron el doble de lo normal. ¡Es ridículo y nos engañaron!

We were promised a substantial reduction in our bills (they were very specific on an amount) but instead our bills doubled!!! Now we have gone back to the leading company and the bills are again what they were. We stayed with Frank Energy 3 months as after the first bill we thought there may have been an anomaly but no... All 3 bills were twice as high as normal. It's ridiculous and they sold us a lie!

We are sorry to see our product was not what you expected it to be. The invoice of our dynamic energy contract is solely determined by market price * realized volume. On our website we try to give an estimated cost per month based on expected yearly volumes and expected market prices. We are sorry to see that the expected volumes used on our website did not match the actual volumes in the winter period. We will review our website and onboarding to improve customer experience. Additionally, we have responded extensively to your email with clarifications, and while we haven’t received a reply yet, we’d be happy to assist further if there are still any questions or unresolved concerns.
