Kind, compassionate, and excellent planning service taking into account all our requirements for my aunts funeral. Everything went faultlessly.

Matthew and team were so sensitive to our needs in a positive way but also less traditional than other funeral directors which we liked. We had the perfect send off for Dad and we can't thank everyone enough for the support and guidance.

Ruth took at lot of time to listen and understand what we wanted for Yvonne's funeral service, and offered guidance, helpful suggestions, advice and support throughout. Ruth ensured that Yvonne's funeral service was exactly how we - and Yvonne - wanted it to be.

Difficult to recall what happened and when because there was so much distress to cope with. But the sympathetic handling of the process was important. Ruth did not hide from the reality of the situation, which I also valued. No undue solemnity, a lot of listening. And carefully planned outcomes.

The process started with a long conversation about who my brother was, what he liked, and they tailored the funeral perfectly. I could not commend the Full Circle team highly enough, as they guided us through a very difficult period.

During one of the most awful times of our lives we were given full circle and Jeremy’s name to help us. I am so happy we were. He made the whole process so much easier from start to finish. When you just don’t know what to do at such a terrible time it was comforting to know that Jeremy was there to advise and take care of everything. He was always on the end of the phone or an email to guide us and make sure that everything went just as we wanted it. He organised everything needed even doing a drive past Altrincham Football club for us before the funeral, which was my dad‘s last wish. I really couldn’t recommend Jeremy and his company enough.

Understanding the moment and patiently allowing me to work through my loss and learn how to appreciate life’s twists and turns. They helped me to creatively produce a beautiful memorial ceremony for myself, family and friends to remember Gerry Troyna and all that he gave us.

The chapel of rest is a beautiful and serene space — peaceful, comforting, and thoughtfully maintained. It offered a quiet place for reflection and farewell, which meant a great deal to the family.

David and all the staff were exceptional: kind, respectful, and always willing to listen. Their communication was clear and empathetic, and their presence was both reassuring and supportive throughout the entire process.
