Very helpful team, put at ease very quickly

Ruth who helped our family to deal with my Father's funeral was the best person we could of asked for. She's kind, supportive and understanding which we're the attributes my Mum needed from somebody organising the funeral with her the most. She made a conscious effort to get to know each and every family member she came in contact with and helped put everyone at ease. Highly recommend her and the Guiseley firm.

We as a family were so lucky to find Jeremy and Sara. How they helped us with the death of our wonderful mum and wife was just perfect. They were there from day 1 anytime and made the whole traumatic time so peaceful and calm. They way they looked after mum too was such a comfort to us all. They worked with us with the most beautiful service at St Vincent's Church and afterwards to. Thank you so much Jeremy & Sara, your kindness, empathy and help will never be forgotten. This is the second time the family has used Full Circle. Both times the service they provided was exemplary. Extremely professional bespoke service whilst retaining the human touch. Our parents were given the goodbye they deserved.

The calmness, understanding, patience, adaptability and support we received from Full Circle (Altrincham branch) from our first meeting was faultless, and I love that their premises feels bright, calm and not funereal. It made me feel more relaxed, soothed and less like crying. Mum’s funeral on the 31st January 2025 was truly wonderful— perfect, the ideal tribute to our Mum. We’ve received so many compliments. Bizarrely, I wish I could do the day again. It felt so cathartic to focus on Mum and all the joy she brought into our lives, as well as to be with family and hear stories from them and so many of her friends. From the moment I made the telephone call to pick my husband up from home to the day I collected his ashes I have nothing but praise for this company and I really don’t know what I would have done without them. Every member of staff particularly Jodie were absolutely wonderful and in contact with me most days because there’s were lots of delays due to Christmas and New Year, Jodie was extremely reassuring and put my mind at rest. My husband and all my family were treated with the utmost respect and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Full Circle, the process is easy to understand and the pricing is very visible from the beginning, and the staff make you feel that your loved one is the most important person in the world which after all is what we all want

Martin was very kind and sympathetic and seemed to know instinctively what we wanted. Everything was organised professionally and with care and as a result we felt the funeral service was perfect. We had lots of positive feedback from family and friends.

The staff at Full Circle were thoughtful and professional. The service reflected Johns life and beliefs well. The burial at Guiseley cemetery was windy and dramatic in a beautiful place.

Jodie was so professional and made the arrangements for Melissa's funeral so easy. When we came into contact with any of your other staff they were also fantastic . The price we paid was also unbelievable value for money, when you consider what we asked for .
