I purchased a sofa from FurniPol in May 2025 and it started falling apart within a few days of delivery. The structural frame literally broke in two, the pull-out bed mechanism doesn't function properly, the drawer won't open, and the base under the mattress is collapsing — and this all happened with normal use in a home with a newborn.

When I contacted the company for a refund, they dismissed the issue as “mechanical damage” from “incorrect usage,” despite having no evidence and not inspecting the product. They offered only £50 or a delayed repair — for a sofa that cost over £1,000 and is now completely unusable.

Do not trust this company — the products are cheap, the customer service is evasive, and they clearly do not stand behind what they sell.

TOLLO Mini. Although the quality is great, it is the most uneven and inconsistent support we have ever had with a sofa. The only sofa and bouncy bits are where you feet are. The chaise lounge end has one row nearest the back rest that is slightly comfortable, bit the next row has a hard support under the cushioning that does not let you slide down even a bit. After only a few months, ther is already a dent in the only bit I can sit, and still get numb.
The extending end has a similar problem that although soft and comfortable while not extended, the seating that comes out when in 'cinema bed' is very uneven, hard and uncomfortable.
This sofa is wide enough to be a 4-seater, but the internal frames do not allow you to sit close to the arms without feeling you are leaning over. Similar issue with the frame joining the chaise lounge end to the sofa end.

Jako wieloletni klient muszę uprzedzić nowych klientów że każdy zakupiony produkt z tej firmy z wadą będzie nie do reklamacji z dopiskiem ze "względu na złe użytkowanie" po 10 latch zamawiania mebli z tej firmy nie miałam większych problemów z nimi do czasu zakupu nowej kanapy "Palermo". Dziękuję za współpracę z tą firmę nigdy więcej

Worst experience ever. I never will use them anymore. If you decide to buy something from them just think about it . any missing parts don't be bothered to contact them because they will not help you awful customer service. I have no word to say how but my experiences is with them. If I could give them -10 stars I will do. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The company is selling damaged products.
I have received sofa that was damage to the point that you couldn't even use it.
When I contacted with the customers service the lady on the phone was rude.
No one even willing to resolve the issue. It took two months to receive £30 back. Absolutely joke.

Nie polecam firmy, kanapa przyszla uszkodzona na poczatku kwietnia, uszkodzenie strukturalne ktore nie pozwalalo na uzytkowanie mebla.
Kontakt z firma to doswiadczenie ktorego nikomu nie polecam, pani prowadzaca sprawe nie zainteresowana i wkladajaca absolutny minimum wysilku w jakakolwiek pomoc w danej sytuacji.
Meble nie sa ich - oni sa tylko dystrybutorem, wiec gdy cos jest uszkodzone musza sie kontaktowac z producentem , z ktorym mozna smialo powiedziec maja bardzo slaby kontakt. Po prawie 2 miesiacach meili / telefonow w koncu uzyskalismy decyzje : albo naprawa u firmy (uwaga tu dodatkowe 35 dni (od daty odbioru mebla) oczekiwania) albo upust - 30 funtow.
Sposob w jaki nas potraktowano zakrawa o zart, kanape musielismy naprawic sami na wlasny koszt , poniewaz nie jestesmy magazynem aby trzymac uszkodzone mable do momentu az ktos laskawie podejmie decyzje - notabene sprawa ewidentna producent poprostu skrecil konstrukcje na "chama" spowodowalo to uszkodzenie bloczkow podtrzymujacych kanape.
Rozumiemy, ze meble nie sa za "miliony monet" natomiast firmie polecam dopisac , ze nie daja gwarancji na to ze mebel nie bedzie uszkodzony.

I emailed about this problem and have not heard back. The drawers for underneath the Damien bunk bed were damaged and only a short time later, the slats on the trundle bed are split and broke. Poor quality. Very disappointed.

This company is an absolute SCAM! They don't have costumers service, they in fact have a rude person who is only there to pretend someone is at the other side. They delete your reviews on Facebook and block you so no one knows they seel damaged items that cannot be repaired and they don't even care. They don't comply to UK buyers rights! You will loose your money! DO NOT BUY! AVOID!

DO NOT BUY from this company as you don't have any guarantee, they don't care if you received a damaged good and they are RUDE! IT'S SCAM!
I have received a damaged sofa, reported it a few hours after delivery and they don't care or offer any fair solutionA in fact they never answer to you unless to tell you lies!
I am taking them to Court!

Fantastic quality, fantastic value, the furniture is much better quality than Ikea, great value. The delivery drivers Marcin and Rafal that delivered our sofa, worked very hard to get it in and assembled it for us. Overall fantastic service. Highly

Dzisiaj 3 dostawa z Furnipol - Jak zawsze super serwis! Dobrej jakości produkty (sofy) adekwatne do ceny. Kierowca Radek sympatyczny i pomocny przy wniesieniu sofy. Polecam każdemu!

Kierowca który dostarczył Amerykankę pomógł ją zdemontować następnie pomógł wnieść na piętro, ustawić w żądanym miejscu, i zmontować z powrotem.10 gwiazdek dla kierowcy

- viva gold III, nearly 5 years and still in good condition
- bono s120 with mirrors, 4 years and same condition

the downsides are - these are heavy furniture (contrary to the Ikea stuff), especially the wardrobe (might be around 80kg - 100kg imo), and you need to be strong to carry the packs, and too assemble the furniture yourself, but:

- the prices are more than competitive and their furniture is made to be practical, not just good looking
- drivers were asking if I need help getting heavy parcels inside

if you can afford something better, be happy and spend two/three times as much somwhere else, this shop offers you much lower prices, so don't expect them to be perfect and treat you like a king, they're money savers (and the company is run by Poles (at least was 4-5 years ago), that don't care too much about delivering an english style customer service, haha)

ps. I understand some people had bad experiences, but for me there was no issue at all, ordering twice and - living close by.

To już nasz trzeci zakup w tym sklepie. Jak zawsze –swietny kontakt, wspaniała obsługa, szczególnie ze strony Pana Korneliusza, który z ogromnym zaangażowaniem i cierpliwością tłumaczył mi różnice pomiędzy poszczególnymi materiałami, z których może być wykonana sofa.
Tym razem wybraliśmy model Borneo – w rzeczywistości prezentuje się jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Świetna jakość, bardzo wygodna, a materiał – idealny (jeszcze raz wielkie podziękowania dla Pana Korneliusza!).
Mała uwaga praktyczna: przed wniesieniem na piętro warto odkręcić zagłówki – sofa jest dość duża
