Unikać jak ognia. Te pozytywne komentarze to ewidentnie boty piszą po jednym czy dwa zdania. Nie dość że zamówienie całe nie przyszło, dostawa była opóźniona... to kanapa przyszła uszkodzona. Teraz ta tfu "firma" każe jakieś formularze wypełniać i znowu czekać, a człowiek nie ma na czym siedzieć. Kontakt po dostawie kanapy tragiczny i niemiły. Unikajcie tego ludzie

Ordered corner sofa and bed and poffee from them first they offered £40 delivery charges then received another message as I am new customer delivery charges will be £60 now, any way received sofa but delivery man refused to install as saying they were only drivers which is insane spent £610 and so disappointed from there customer service on top the quality of the material used is like a velvet looking light cloth after sitting on the seat for little while seen wrinkles on the first day I was shocked 😳 never recommend this company to any one, very very poor service waisted all my money on this stiff sofa with bed

I ordered four chairs and a dining table. The purchasing process was very smooth, and I hoped that the entire experience would remain positive. Unfortunately, I was mistaken.

The delivery team brought the set into my living room and left quickly, mentioning they had another delivery to make. This did not give me a chance to unpack the items in front of the driver. While I found the chairs to be of lovely quality, I cannot say the same about the table.

After unpacking, I noticed that the corners of the table top and extension were damaged. I called the company to inform them, but I was told to submit my complaint on their website.

After around two weeks, I received a notification stating that they would only refund me £40, despite the table costing £250. They claimed that they did not believe I was not responsible for the damage.

If you decide to order from this company, make sure to unpack the items in front of the delivery driver; otherwise, your complaint may not be accepted.

Don’t recommend at All ! Regular client of them , we change furniture and bed for my little boy . I never be soo disappointed in coustomer services . Bed bottom look like is use , cracks etc . When I messaged them for exchange or some resolution with photos Afcourse , Lady says she can offer me £20 discount (where bet cost £150 plus £50 delivery ) that is unacceptable! Also she says that I Singh the form when driver comes , and I don’t say nothing about damage , driver in rush bring everything in boxes and for signature and left …..
