Product seems great if it works. Right ankle area doesn’t inflate and I have contacted support via email twice with no reply. Frustratingly no telephone number to reach anyone.

Going to give this till Saturday , then cancel . Ad said 7 to 10 days delivery . It’s been 12 days already and the tracker hasn’t moved . I should’ve read the 1 star reviews first .

Tracking hasn't changed since 5th of December, now reading all the bad reviews, hopefully I receive it and it's not faulty, order number # 3678

Item finally arrived and in good condition. Unfortunately it doesn't fit so if you are above average size in your legs DO NOT BUY. No UK plug connection, EUROPE only. Main problem is return policy. Need to send a video to get a return address which is in China. Postage is £70 which you have to cover so almost threw away all of the cost. Crap way to do business.

Product arrived but the box was damaged

I purchased the Air-C Pro and it is not as advertised. Either the device is faulty or it’s just bad quality - either way it doesn’t work or do what it’s supposed to do. The foot section is unbearably strong, the calf section is weak and thigh section does nothing. If I put it on the highest pressure possible the foot section is far too strong and causes pain but there is still no pressure at all in the thigh section.

I contacted them on the day I received it as soon as I tried it and found that it didn’t work as it was supposed to and wasn’t what was advertised - it has now been over a week and they still haven’t helped with a return.

I’ve just got out of hospital and needed a device that would help with the extreme pain I’m experiencing in my legs. I haven't been able to afford another device though because this business has stalled for over a week, then only offered a replacement if I could prove via video that it doesn’t work - which is impossible to show in a video - even though I requested to return it for a refund (and they claim they will assist you immediately).

I’m going to have to open a PayPal dispute to have this resolved.

I would not recommend this business or this product to anyone.

Got off to a very Rocky start the device was sent through local carrier aramex who lost the device at one stage at finally turned up only to find out the device would not charge after several back and forth conversations I'm happy to say a replacement devices being approved and has been shipped to me immediately was a bit stressful to start with but got there in the end have not had a chance to test it as the unit I have will not charge and the charge that was in it is depleted but from initial testing it works very well and does a good massage we'll try and update my review once I receive replacement

Air C Pro na enkele malen gebruik kapot. Na aantonen gebrek zou een nieuw product worden geleverd. Inmiddels maanden verder, veel mails verstuurd waarvan de meeste beantwoord zijn met een automatisch bericht, anderen vol met tig excuses (vertraging, ligt bij douane, we zoeken het uit etc.). Tot op heden geen nieuw product, geen geld terug en totaal geen zicht op een goede afloop. Zeer klantonvriendelijk. Liefst had ik geen ster gegeven, slechter kan het niet…

So not only does this take forever to arrive they send an eu plug to the uk. They you have to buy an adaptor for their mistake oh but it's OK cos you have to screen shot the perch you done on amazon but the will give you the money back, I actually found another plug which fitting with the right voltage ect as the one they sent to find out the control don't even work. Now have to video me trying it so their tech poeple can say what we all ready knew we need a new controller. I have fibromyalgia with chronic pain unable to walk due to this done my reviews that's why I brought them what a mistake I made do as long as you can jump through hoops to get this sorted go for it if now avoid like the plage.

#2509 Would give zero if I could. Ordered on 11/11. I keep getting emails with “updates” but they are generic and when I try and contact support I get nothing. I have asked repeatedly to cancel my order and get a refund, as I don’t believe my order will ever turn up. Today’s tracking details said I need to take urgent action or my order will be destroyed. The update was in Chinese, so a bit hard to understand. Complete joke of a company

Er zijn een aantal dingen die me storen aan dit bedrijf.

1. Het duurde 14 dagen voordat ik een track & trace code kreeg toegstuurd
2. Ze reageren niet op emails & hebben geen telefoonnummer
3. Mijn Fitgun mini heeft de geest gegeven na 1 (!) dag, de batterij ging hoogstens een 30 minuten mee.
4. Er wordt op de website aangegeven dat ze een 9 scoren, tegenwoordig zijn mensen slimmer dan dat..google laat iets anders zien

Indien er niet spoedig contact wordt opgenomen voor een oplossing van mijn hagelnieuwe Fitgun mini zal ik er werk van maken.

Absolute inability to complete the order I placed. They keep changing the order number, tracking number and final location. They do not give a clear explanation why the order did not go to its final location 1 month after it was ordered. Absolutely not following the information on their site about the order and the time of arrival. I hope I'm wrong and my order arrives after so much effort.

Order #2519, leg massager. Ordered a week ago, excuses as to why not even been shipped. Said it was in stock when I ordered. After opening a Paypal dispute on Monday a tracking number has been added from a location in China. Currently being 'measured for dispatch' Moral of story don't buy stuff from Facebook adverts. It will be going straight back, if it ever arrives. Told them to cancel order before the fictitious tracking order was added. AVOID!!
I have edited my review, it arrived today. it's fitted with a 2 pin plug which does not fit UK plug sockets so why are you selling them in the UK (from China).

Delivery take long and I cannot wait so long but they refaund full amount when asked. Please not will take few days for an answer. So my review is for customer service as I cannot review the product.

Een kennis heeft hier een apparaat gekocht, het compressie been apparaat, na 6 keer gebruiken is het apparaat kapot.

Het bedrijf heeft aangegeven een nieuw apparaat op te sturen, TOP!

Het apparaat is volgens het bedrijf afgeleverd. Helaas is dit apparaat niet bij haar thuis afgeleverd.
Waar het pakket wel is, is onduidelijk.

Het bedrijf geeft aan in overleg te zijn met POST NL maar kan daar geen bewijs voor leveren.

Inmiddels is ze 3 maanden verder, heeft ze geen apparaat EN haar geld niet terug gekregen, na herhaaldelijk hierom te vragen.

Na haar ongenoegen geuit te hebben en mensen geprobeerd heeft te waarschuwen is ze zonder pardon geblokkeerd en zijn haar reacties verwijderd.

Koop hier dus GEEN artikelen!

Apparaat na 6 x gebruiken kapot.
Zou een nieuwe opgestuurd worden, NOOIT aangekomen, we zijn inmiddels bijna 3 maanden verder en ik heb geen geld terug gekregen, geen apparaat NIKS!

Ze blijven zich verschuilen achter het feit dat PostNL niet heeft geleverd, maar 3 maanden nog steeds GEEN compensatie.

KOOP HIER NIKS!

Slechte reviews en berichten op social media worden verwijderd en je wordt zonder pardon geblokkeerd.

Ik wil best m'n review aanpassen, al weet ik niet of je daar blij van wordt... na een paar slechte reviews, 33 mailtjes, 3 maanden verder heb ik dan toch eindelijk mijn geld teruggegeven... hoe vraag je je af?

Door te dreigen met het ondernemen van verdere stappen, na 2 dagen had ik m'n geld terug, deze taal begrijpt dit bedrijf wel.

Ik beveel het bedrijf nog steeds niet aan, want de manier van communiceren is waardeloos, net als het eerst bestelde apparaat dat na 6 x kapot was.

This is way better than any device I ever used. I'd highly recommend it.

Niet bestellen. Dit zijn oplichters (als je retour wil sturen) ik las al dat ze hier moeilijk over doen. Proberen je eerst het product te laten houden en dat terwijl je recht hebt op je herroepingsrecht. Ze reageren moelijk, en toen ik het product had geretourneerd hebben ze helemaal niet meer gereageerd. Dus ook geen geld terug gehad.

Ik heb last van vocht in mijn benen en cellulitis. Al na 2x merkte ik dat de pijnlijke plekjes en zwellingen aan de zijkanten van mijn dijbenen minder hobbelig en pijnlijk waren. De huid is ook zachter. Ik gebruik de massagebenen nu ongeveer 2 á 3 x in de week. Moest wel even wennen aan het gevoel. Ik had een ander soort massage verwacht. Dit is meer het gevoel van een bloeddrukmeter. Het is wel veel geld, maar bij de masseur was ik elke 3 weken ook 78 euro kwijt.

Der Kundenservice ist auBergewohnlich gut. Sie antwortenten schnell auf meine E-Mails und halfen mir sofort mit meinen Fragen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
