Air-c Pro. Ordered from Thailand. Took a while to get here but it's been well worth it. Easy to use, compression is pleasingly strong. A longer power cable would be good, you need to be near an electric socket. Mine cuts off after 15 minutes, then I do it again. You feel better after 1 session, but the real benefits come after several days of regular use. I might have to get another one for my girlfriend's family, can't keep them off the thing.. No regrets, solid piece of kit that does the job.

Apparently my boots were delivered on 30 Jan, according to the tracking messages it looks like to Quebec Canada, rather than NZ where I live. It's now 15 Feb, I have contacted then twice via email and they have so far ignored me. According to the automated response, they will reply in 24 hours, 48 at the most. My last email was 4 days ago. Do not trust this firm, they are clearly not a reputable company.

Now 3 March, despite 2 further emails, no boots and no replies to my emails.

this is a scam. I ordered more than a month ago and the product still has yet to arrive. customer service ignored all my emails. wondering if there is any way to bring back justice to my wallet

Ordered on the 23rd January still ain’t turned up emailed them numerous times no reply what so ever just an automated chat back saying someone will get back to you within 42 hours..£100 down as I won’t get a refund

Brought for my husbands christmas present. Used less than 10 times then stopped working. Tried multiple times to email on different emails on website which also stated warranty of 1 year on products but no reply on any email address. Really disappointed

Do not purchase, they don’t respond when you want a refund!! I have sent my product back and they are now ignoring my emails. I bought my product for a Christmas present. Sent the parcel early jan and still not heard anything despite following up

Ordered on the 16th of January still not had no email telling me where my item is. Customer service ignoring my emails

Placed my order on January 20th, the website indicates that orders in the EU were delivered in 3-5 days.
My order NEVER LEFT THE WIREHOUSE, it still indicates that id somewhere in China, but the worst of all is that them WOULDN’T WRITE ME BACK. I sent hundreds of emails to them and i just get an automated response. I am asking for a full refund and it seems that them are not willing to give me my money back. SCAM

order #4379 i ordered the leg massagers on the 12th of January and was told 7-12 days delivery. I have still not received this product and have sent numerous emails to the only contact they have which is
support@ fusion-recovery.com and have again received nothing back from them only a automated reply. This is a pure scam and people should avoid!!!

Item arrived, not as marketed. I purchased cpro leg compressor as this looked like you could easily use it anywhere as marketed- not true. it does not charge, you have to use whilst plugged into the mains but lead to short, so you would have to plug into a separate extension lead as well across you which is obviously unsafe. The pump action also does not work property, which means no adequate compression which is the point of the item. I reached out to fusion over 2 weeks ago and they agreed for me to send back - but is in china and is very expensive ti send - Or to refund. I chose refund option and have heard nothing since. That was 2 weeks ago and despite multiple emails, I have had no further contact. This is a fraudulent company / with lots of fake positive reviews in here. I have had to open a PayPal case plus have reported as fraud. Disgusting customer service and useless product which is mis advertised to pull you in to get your money. Preying on those in pain and difficulty.

I ordered this in November, I just got it two days ago January 27 2025, I wanted to cancel my order and they implied my shipping got a problem twice and they would refund me 15%, now I have 0 answer from the support service. The customer service is really bad and now I want to return this product but you will have 0 answer

Ordered on 31/12/24 still waiting no emails about delay or anything feels like a con got no address to chase up refund or date for delivery

I ordered these as a Christmas present for my son. It took a while to arrive, however this wasn't an issue as I'd ordered them with plenty of time to spare. When the item arrived, they were a little too short for my son and I requested to return them. It didn't seem like an issue for me to do this as I was still within the 30days. When they sent out the return address, it was all in Chinese which I unfortunately cannot read. There was no other option given for me to return these and therefore I have a product that will not be used. I cannot comment on how beneficial these are but I am only giving 2 stars due to being unable to return them.

Ordered November 11, 2024 and have yet to receive the package. They initially blamed Canada Post but their tracking number was delivering it to the UK and Royal Mail was the last carrier. I asked for a refund when I knew it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and knowing they didn't ship it but they ignored that request. Frustrating dealing with their support. Would not recommend anyone order from this company. Based on their second tracking number, the product is still in China almost 2 months later. Very bad service! Don't make my mistake!

Bought the product as a little Christmas present to myself great product and definitely helps with the swelling in my legs post gym only issue is it does not come with a UK plug which is quite disappointing and adds more faff. Overall good product just wished it has the right lead.

I bought some fusion recovery Air pros for my legs and after one day the control was not working, I have emailed more then once and have not heard nothing back, even tried messaging on instagram but still nothing and my control is still not working

I put an order in over one month ago and I have emailed multple times asking about my order but have received nothing back other than an automatic email reply saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. I had ordered these for a Christmas present which won’t be here in time.

Total sham of a company buyers beware , ordered leg device as a Xmas present back 25th November, after several emails and excuses it’s now not arrived in time as a Xmas present, bunch of jokers
