This is a HUGE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. Non responsive to emails or email bounce back because address's aren't valid. Ordered C Line boots in April product finally delivered in June and completely different product. Doesn't even say fusion. Now cannot locate return details / process.

Ordered massager. Dont get response on emails or refund. Product not received and when you want to reviee order - page does not exist.
Scam and so disappointed that these scammers get away scotfree.

Don’t touch took 3 months to receive the product. 10 months in control unit has stopped working which is within the warrant and will not answer any communication. Don’t waste your money

I ordered an item 31st October 2025 and it's 8th December and there is no sign of the order or any communication from FUSION. Every e-mail bounces back. I believe these people are SCAMMERS.

Terrible! Customer aftercare is abysmal, actually it’s none existent, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Na vele maanden van leugens nog steeds mijn betaalde en bestelde product niet ontvangen.

Geven via mailcorrespondentie een ander bedrijf Yun Express de schuld en zullen het ontstane probleem snel oplossen.

Het is niet leuk maar wel nodig om voor dit bedrijf een negatieve review te plaatsen. Benaderen via vele mailcontacten heeft geen zin. Ze hebben veel beloften gemaakt maar nog steeds niet bereid om tot oplossing te komen. Bijvoorbeeld teruggave geldbedrag.

Gelet op mijn ervaring zijn het voor mij een stel oplichters, dus pas op !

Product als het niet stuk is werkt goed.
Maar als het stuk is begint het gezeik.
Je krijgt geen hulp en ze proberen het af te wimpelen door te zeggen dat het bedrijf is overgenomen en dat ze geen betaal info kunnen vinden hierdoor.
Nu moet ik dan maar even aan mijn bank vragen of ze wat geld willen terug geven.
Te belachelijk voor woorden.

I placed my order in April 2025, and it has now been several months without any update or delivery of the item. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times through different channels, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response so far. The complete lack of communication and accountability is really frustrating and disappointing. After waiting this long with no progress or support, I’m starting to feel like my money has been wasted, and I’m not sure what else I can do to resolve the issue.

Awful product noisy Velcro poor quality and when one part would not inflate the company did not want to know- took so long warranty finished then blamed previous company owners

Absolute SCAM! Do not order from these guys. After 2 months the boots stopped working. When I contacted them to fix the issues (meant to be ubnder warranty for 24 months) they did not help and advised me to contact my bank for a refund.

Na zoveel pogingen met contact te nemen geen reactie… nog steeds niets ontvangen, is dit een fraude?????…. Dan zal ik ermee verder gaan. Ik ben een super IT en ik zal wel vinden hoe ik ze ten … kan doen!

Na 7 maanden ging de pro-c kapot meerdere mails gestuurd geprobeerd te bellen en tot op heden nog geen reactie gehad

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Like many other people I bought their leg massager, and within a few months it stopped turning on. When I contacted them for support they ignored my emails for months and when I finally got a response, they claimed my order was placed with a "former supplier" and offered no resolution.
Don't fall for their marketing and avoid at all costs.

Am 18.5.2025 habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Zwei Tage später erhielt ich die Bestätigung, dass die Bestellung versandt wurde. Am 23.5. habe ich nachgefragt, wo meine Bestellung bleibt. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass Fusion Recovery für die Bestellung keine Trackingnummer erhalten habe und man das Paket daher nicht lokalisieren könne. Ich habe zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits mitgeteilt, dass ich bei späterer Lieferung die Ware nicht in Empfang nehmen könne. Ich erhielt zügig eine E-Mail in der man mir mitteilte, dass ich die Bestellung bis zu zwei Wochen nach Aufgabe stornieren könne. Das habe ich dann am 27.5.2025 getan. Seit dem höre ich nichts. Ich habe dreimal per E-Mail um die Bestätigung meiner Stornierung gebeten. Nichts. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.

Wrost experience. I bought some products but didn’t come to me. And they stopped to answer the emails.

Orderer the air c pro leg massager on the 2nd of April. It has still not arrived. The tracking says status is unknown. I have contacted the company multiple times, the responded at first saying they will try and find out what's happened. They never got back to me. So I have emailed again no, response, and a 2nd and 3rd time over the period of a couple of weeks. And what a surprise, no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so now hoping I can get my money back, as I can't get a response put of this shocking company.

Have had issues in April 2025 after purchasing in November 2024 with electrics playing up…no response to my email about issue. My advice is buy something from Ali Express for half the price and will prob work better.

Terrible customer service! Terrible product!
Purchased end of January and by end of February the 5 of the air chambers had stopped working. Contacted the company to be told not their problem as under new management and won’t warranty any previous purchases. I got the same response as many of the other reviews here.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Bought the boots in December 2024, they got delivered late Jan 2025. Then, in March, the compressor control unit stopped charging. I contacted the support team and they said they were under new management and couldn't honour the warranty - they had no access to historical orders. I could still log into my account on their website and showed them proof of purchase; this didn't matter. They suggested I contact my bank!

Please use a retailer that has local support. Avoid this scam. Other people report similar experience so this is just a dodgy product.

Ik heb hier een air c pro gekocht, twee maanden later is er nog niets geleverd en ze weigeren mij terug te betalen. Scam niet kopen!!
