It’s a hard but rewarding job from looking after vulnerable perspective. When it comes to management that’s SOUL DESTROYING experience. That’s the case in London at least.

Beyond an embarrassing company. Was working a fashion show with G4S as security. Beyond disorganised and rude. Disgusting manners towards those working the event and wouldn’t let me bring any registered assistants of mine to the show. Would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Having been a regular inpatient at various UCLH sites, the patient transport service consistently provides a late, unreliable service. On numerous occasions I have had to spend an additional night in hospital despite the wards booking transport well in advance of travel during the day. It is a real shame as the quality of care in the trust is very good but patients are let down on discharge by this diabolical patient transport service.

I normally go to Hospital appointments with BM ambulance service who has no problems and get me to them from Hospital
Andrew Goodard came to my house from G4S, and did assessment it turned out he has done the assessment completely wrong.
They have put me down as a scoop I can’t go scoop because my back and medical conditions
Carry chair is most safest and easiest way I’ll get me in and out house to the ambulance stretcher
I complained about G4S staff not take me to hospital and my health is suffering over it.
I’m gonna end up suing due to lack of care and miss important hospital appointments
I have complex medical condition and it’s important. I need attend my hospital appointment but G4S putting my medical health condition under stress..

I would have no option to seek legal advice and suing G4S
They have caused road, rage by swearing out to others other drivers of the ambulance window,, which is completely unprofessional, and I felt my life was in danger
G4S ambulance crew swearing like a trooper in the back of the ambulance which is completely unprofessional behaviour all because My road is unmade good, and there isn’t-street lights
Swearing outside the house because I live on my road without any lights and all this was caught on camera.
G4S has refused to take me home from hospital, my legs etc

I would not recommend Transport to anybody

Terrible company I was registered as SIA security guard for events didn’t book for a while and then without any communications just dropped me from their employee portal, tried contacting them but still no answer ridiculous company

Had to visit Job Centre Plus, Wellington St Leicester on Friday 26/1/24,and was insulted twice by a G4S security guard,first insult he called me under his breath was your a P***K,when walking past him,and to add insult to injury,as I was leaving the JCP office,he made a hand gesture that suggested that I was a C*** S****R,I would like to suggest that I am neither.Is this the best that G4S can employ,ignorant, uneducated,rude,arrogant , disrespectful,minimum wage employees.Disgusting appalling attitude to have,employed by a huge global company,but all they can employ is ignorant MORONS!!!!!.

G4S are honestly the worst company I have ever come accross. Ongoing complaint for 6 month - they don’t even respond or seem to care. Yet continue trying to take our money when our contract cancelled 6 months ago.

The G4s security guard humiliated and treated me badly and after filing complaint to G4s they said we checked it and you are lying. What a disgusting company they dont even have one good reviews here.

As an outgoing outpatient at the St Thomas Hospital London, transferd in originally from the William Harvey Hospital,Ashford, Kent, following two heart attacks, a ambulance transfer was arranged to take me back home following patient care and major surgery.
The St Thomas Hospital nursing staff where told initially I would be collected by G4S at 1600. That then became 1800, then 2000, until a time of 2200 was arrived at. (EDIT - G4S have now ammended the time to after 2300) Therefore, I a highly vulnerable 70 year old woman, who still required medical rest, was to be delivered to my desserted home after midnight. (EDIT-this turned into a home arrival of 0215) I personally phoned G4S from my hospital bed to complain, but after a very defensive, warning of action against anyone not respecting G4S staff voice message, I managed to speak to a member of staff. The lady knew of my case, but could only refer me to their complaints team - only working Mondays to Friday! No assistance whatsoever was offered, with G4S quite happy with what had been arranged, and they were short of staff, which I made clear was evidence again of them not being fit for purpose and taking public money undet false pretences.
As I witnessed another patient transfer the previous night go from 1600 to eventually 2130, and St Thomas Staff informed in their experience it has been going on for "11 years". I informed G4S staff that their organisation was not fit for purpose; they are taking fees from the NHS, that is tax payers money, and not being rewarded by the service the public expects and demands.
Why have the managers of the NHS allowed this situation to continue for so long? Why have the politicians failed to act with thousands of complaints made over recent years?
I will be taking this further as a retired senior commercial manager that knows and practiced good Customer Care that G4S is failing to do and putting patient lives at risk.
G4S should be stripped of this contact immediately.
I will be raising this now issue with my local MP, Mr Damian Green, the Health Secretary, and interested patient action groups.

I went to see Madonna last night at the o2 arena, the show was just about to start when a steward came to me and asked could I just come with him, I just thought this was due to me buying vip tickets. As I got through the door there was another 3 men standing infant of me they all grabbed my arms so 2 men either side lifted me off the floor and started to walk me out of the arena, they took me into a lift and by this point I was begging them to let go of me because they was hurting me and I wasn't getting an explanation why. I started to then have a panic attack, I want an explanation why I was assaulted and removed? I feel like I have been mistreated or mistakenly been mistreated. I was at Madonna for my 40th birthday present and me and my friend are in total shock, these security men are thugs and attacking a women on her own is the lowest of the low. My mobile phone was stolen in this process I asked for ally belongings they went to my seat and only broth me my coat scarf back. My son goes for stem cell treatment soon and everything is on that phone. Im left with this traumatic memory playing over and over in my head. The reason they are giving is absolute rubbish too,I wasn't even given a reason, no one tried to explain why to me so IM NOW LEFT TRUMATIZED AND CANT STOP CRYING

so here we are again. hospital appointment today at 0940. G4s still not collected me its now 0950

If I could rate this a zero I would. My son worked for G4s drugs rehabilitation side and was constantly put down and treated abysmally by management! His mental health suffered as a result and I genuinely would advise anyone looking at any sector here to think again!

Complete useless hospital transport. Keeps changing the goal posts. I visit I'm eligible the next I'm not. One surgery the take you the next they don't. There's no consistency.

I went to a rave (Terminal V) 28/10/23

I went past two security dogs and 1 off them had suspicion of me and I had to be searched, when the security told me about the search I said “Ah F*** sake” this wasn’t directed at anyone this was just me saying my reaction to the situation in general (Which I tried to explain numerous times), but for some reason 4 security guards took offence to this and then started to threaten me and I didn’t know what to do except say sorry as I feared for my own well being, I do not appreciate this and the staff on the door should all be retrained as I am a 70KG 18 year old and do not pose any threat to anyone so there was no need for 4 security guards to threaten me. Totally ruined my night over something so minuscule.

Waiting near a year for pay negotiations to be concluded .pay offer insulting .waiting to go to arbatration.company moral at all time low .avoid at all cost

God awful, woefully trash employer, I hated working for them, £9 an hour is peanuts, it was such an unbelievably forced experience working with these Dunderheads. It's difficult to keep my language clean when describing Goons 4 Security, but I respect you as the reader, to not cross the line.

Why bad? They told me soon after I got hired, they completely ignore everything about candidates, unless they specifically tick a box saying you are prepared to work a 48+ hour week. So they can get their 72 hour week across the line

That is 3 lots of 6x12 hour shifts per month, it destroyed my sleep worse when they change between days and nights constantly, chaotic schedule... Then the people I worked with were so much dumber than me, the IQ Imbalance was huge, they never talked about anything except the work itself, could not crack jokes

It took me about 6 months to recover my normal health. Back to back 12 hour shifts are horrendous, especially 6 in a row

If you have a SIA badge, don't work with these monkeys, they couldn't care less about your life and have zero compassion, are you on shift or not.

Bunch of pen pushers and goons with no real concept of keeping anyone safe except other beauracrats just like themselves

Absolutely useless Hospital Transport. My Hospital nurse originally phoned around 1230 to book. After hours waiting I called their HQ to be told the Hospital had not reconfirmed I was ready!!!
Now told they would not be able to allocate a team until the night crew started who then had to spend half an hour cleaning the ambulance so soonest now would be 8 pm
1) What a ridiculous system
2) Not even the hint of an apology

I think they are a awful service I was taken to a appointment a week ago by 2 young women early one morning to a appointment at medway hospital. one was sleeping then would wake up to send voice notes on her phone from time to time about how she's having a affair with a guy she works with in her second Job, covered in love bite on her neck and the other looked like she has a drug problem. very shoddy service. Definitely never recommend them to anyone.

Can’t give zero … I need to travel by car due to spinal injury and broken neck. Was forced to return by Ambulance even though it was on my file and covered by Consultants letters that I need front seat .told if I refuse Ambulance ..to find my own way home ..!!!was so bad from ambulance ride can’t stand or even even get hot drink . Can’t be trusted to supply correct transport then abuse and bully seriously ill patients to get their own way . Have while list of appointments due to tests fir Cancer .. not sure I can attend any of them now …. ,!!!

Goons 4 sale! They don't know law, don't know how to act just poor quality goons! It's not one bad apple it's a vat of cider that good apples that start in time get sucked into the vat of gone off cider!
