Disgusting company, absolute thugs hired by this firm. They have this false belief that they are Police officers and try to dictate what people can/cannot do. They constantly breach human rights and have been caught doing this on cameras many times. Furthermore, the security thugs in Auditing Britain’s videos were a disgrace, from threatening to take someone’s phone (which would be theft and also assault) to actually assaulting a member of the public by licking his phone. Serious investigations need to be done into this company, complaints have also been made to the Police.

Nasty company, watch auditing Britain. absolutely disgusting horrible behaviour. Like what professional security guard licks someones phone with all the viruses in this day and age. Not to mention the threatening behaviour. Pure scummy company, government should be ashamed hiring trash like this

Just watched an auditor in the UK have his phone licked by an employee of G4S.

I view this just as disgusting as spitting at some one.

im shocked at a video on line by auditing britian where he was threatened at a job centre by 3 im dorry not guards but goons one even licked the camera guys lens and 3 rd guy told him get camera away or il do worst is this how tax payers money is being used too on one hand badge sia all security sia gov body and then let gov again award contrats too companys that employ thugs , i think its about time g4s too stock look at info on line videos where staff get past policy and start cleaning house before someone starts a .org petition too defund and strip g4s off contracts starting with dwp ones

You managers really need to speak to your guards at the jobcenter in nottingham, I went in today and although I had a joint claim and was supposed to have seen the advisor along side my wife, I was told only she can see the advisor and I had to wait outside in the cold.

I remained calm and politely tried to discuss the misunderstandings at the front desk respectfully and calmly, your guards I could feel and hear them approach from behind and I knew/felt they were waiting for me to escalate the misunderstanding.

I myself work as a security guard and do what I must to keep everyone from clients to service users all safe and well but I saw them more like hired goons or predators waiting for the green light to attack their prey.

Not very friendly or safe to be honest, if anything they are more intimidating.

In the past few years ago your company had called me on my phone and tried to recruit me afew times and I have always turned you down, Why? There are many reasons and this is one of them.

I am NOT a hired goon I do NOT look for the first opportunity to put my hands on people or show off I am a tough guy. Again I ensure everyone stays safe, well and happy however your guys are happy to ensure someone gets hurt and that they van prove themselves to be tough men.

Get your guards additional training they seriously need it

Disprivalaged low paid security officers have worked 48hrs a week inhumanely hard shifts to make the rich company richer, security officers deserve better dignity and respect with more paid holidays and double pay and lesser working hours, they are on slave Labour pay working like bees making honey for the rich , No respectable pay, company making huge profit from slave pay labour

They withdrawn my application for 3 times without any good reason, i m working as security officer 6 years... customer service not very helpful.
I m happy that i delete my account with them.

I worked for the old Securicor, and was injured in their Cash Sorting Division in Coventry. I made the mistake of complaining about the way I was treated by management. Yes you have guessed it the work force closed against me and despite be injured for 6 months was dismissed and complaint unfounded because the work force were frightened of their jobs.
I have been now been registered DISABLED and on a Benefit from gov. I my CV injury is now getting worse and causing me severe pain
I would say to anybody thinking of working for this company, THINK VERY SERIOUSLY, they do not look after their employees but that is to be expected
This company don't care about any review and don't offer after service care to injured employees.

Partner has had a few shifts working for this company through his own company, G4S find it acceptable to give staff mouldy unwashed jackets etc which is an absolute health hazard. Disgusting unprofessional and legal action should be taken against them for providing stinking mouldy unwashed work ware , also a hit or a miss wither you get a break , again also illegal I’ll be personally seeking advice to see what to do and where to go to report this health hazard of a company. Horrendous and they should be totally ashamed security are supposed to look clean at all times not walking about caked and smelling of mould due to this company sharing clothing and not washing it.

Guard KAZ at Jobcentre Wolverhampton is racist and abusive. He should not be allowed to work in this position.

Disappointing and poor service - Fedcap Burnley G4S
I was so looking forward to this as I read that people were helped by Fedcap restart programme. While some staff were great, others were not. There is a lack of professionalism and poor management. They are no help at all and made things far worse for me. They falsified what they were offering me in the way of jobs, courses and opportunities, then lied about it when confronted. They don't show up for appointments, and avoid any responsibility for their actions. I also can't believe how dishonest and underhanded they are. It was shocking to see this kind of behaviour as 'normal'.
They take great pleasure in causing harm. I am sorry I ever had anything to do with them, I truly wish I could get out and never deal with this company ever again. I urge everyone who has negative dealings with Fedcap to make a formal complaint, and get ICE (independent case examiner) involved. The more people who know what is really going on the better. Let's make a huge effort to get justice. If you have other options besides this restart scheme, please take it.

I made an appointment for a pickup from Maidstone Hospital (2 weeks before my op). Got a reference number from G4S, had my op & my transport didn't arrive. A kind nurse contacted G4S for me & was told that they had no knowledge of me or my pickup. Luckily I had a copy of the reference & after a couple of hours a taxi came to pick me up. I tried supplying my feedback to the G4S website feedback form & guess what - it wouldn't post, it threw an error. I tried supplying my feedback to the hospital & they basically weren't interested, they told me to complain to G4S. I'd already tried this? So I guess I'll have to contact my MP & complain to her. My local village are looking for volunteers to take patients to the local hospitals, I've already volunteered, but I really shouldn't have to do this, should I ? I spent £60 getting to the appointment by taxi, lots of patients can't afford this.

Wouldn't give me transport even though I have heart failure. Told to drive 40 miles to central London in the rush hour for 9am. A place I've never driven to before. May have to cancel appointment!!)

Absolutely shocking company, g4s guard at Good Hope hospital thinking he’s a hard man swearing and causing a situation to escalate which would have ended up very badly for him if I hadn’t walked away. Phoned told it would be dealt with to then call again and told they are not taking any action. No wonder they are considered the cowboys of the security industry. Corrupt clowns.

High unprofessional towards members of the public. Keep children away from them , assaulting and intimidating the public seems commonplace.

The worst security company I've ever worked for, the relationship between Managers-Directors and Supervisors is at the third world level, North Korea or Burkina Faso. Avoid this company, every 5th employee has a case with them at the Labour Tribunal. Former military and ex-policemen who are of the worst sort. They have no idea about managing teams. Nepotism, arrangements with the quiet backing of GMB Union. Every company is better, but not G4S. DO NOT APPLY, you will lose health and nerves. Management resistant to knowledge and development, CCTV technology from the 90s of the last century! Central London management, unprofessional.

My father had an appointment at Pembury hospital last week. G4S aborted the journey because they couldn't get him in the transport. No one told me and I was waiting at the hospital for him to arrive. So rescheduled for today with extra equipment. My dad arrived half an hour late and then we waited 4 hours for return trip. Two hours later my father arrived home ( a distance of about 10 miles) and then couldn't unload him citing a number of reasons the weather, too dark etc. I'm so upset at the way they've treated my 95 year old dad and will look for a private company next time.
Update: I asked the company why they didn't phone me or the hospital for the no show last Friday and they said they're not obliged to get in touch with next of kin or hospital. I was so upset and angry with this response I had to conclude the conversation.
