Exceptional. Been asked to provide a 5 star review post service and couldn't be happier to.

Sent in a bunch of various devices I had collecting dust including iPods, apple watches and a psp console.

Once received I got paid within a couple of days with no squabbles. Definitely an exceptional service.

Simple system. Found it easy to sell to Gadget Mill turnover was surprisingly quick too. Payment made via PayPal and was sent as family and friends so no charges incurred on my end which was a bonus and appreciated.

Quick payment. Was asked to leave a review after selling them my samsung fold. Got paid what I was told and quite quickly.

Paid as expected sent in 20 devices and surprised they paid the full amount. Great result

Waited 2 weeks for order acknowledgement on selling an old I pod touch. Its now been 2 weeks since i pod delivered by Royal mail (& signed for) and yet to receive either acknowledgement or money. In this time I have sold, posted and been paid for 3 separate old i phone orders through an alternative company. Suggest if you want a quick service look elsewhere.

After selling an old Apple Watch no longer used to Gadget mill with only a slight delay on receiving form to post them (order on hold?) We decided to use them again to sell my Apple Watch series 2 and my partners series 6 (both watches kept on upgrading to new for use on holidays). Order was sent 2nd March. Order again placed on hold? So emailed after 48hrs to chase as it tells you to you and phoned to be told someone would call me back nobody me but I did receive an email on 5th March advising delay was due to Apple Watches being repriced on website and was advised they could offer an updated price and fast track order if I liked. I emailed back to ask for updated prices so I could decide whether to go ahead with sale …. 2 days later and I’ve heard nothing back at all. I guess that means they no longer want to purchase so I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Gadget Mill is great to sell your old gadgets. They pay fast and fair, and they recycle your devices responsibly. They are also very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend Gadget Mill. Thank you!

Very happy with Gadget mill sold my 2 iPods touch to the and got a fair price they sent my offer by email and I could ether accept it or decline I did accept because I no longer used them so got some money back on them they are a honest company and payment was in my bank the next working day I have highly recommended them

I was asked to leave a review upon my order completion. There was a slight delay with the initial order processing they did tell me this was due to catching up with outstanding orders before proceeding with new. Once processed however I posted my device which was an ipod touch and got paid relatively quickly for the exact price they quoted me. Not too shabby considering the xmas break!

Surprisingly easy. I've seen this company pop up on occasion and decided to give it a go for one of my Apple Watches. Sent it over via Royal Mail and got paid within a few days the same price I was quoted.

I had sent my iPod to gadget mill recently. To my surprise like others I did not receive payment in a timely manner. However recently I received an email with an apology and explanation behind this as well as a 10 pound bonus payment. I normally don't write reviews but felt this goodwill gesture deserved it.

Calls are answered by a very helpful person who was clearly told to take a message and then no return call

Given up if they don’t want items don’t ‘buy’ them

I have sent my pristine I pod to them with postal tracking and it’s shows proof of delivery.
There is no sign of payment or acknowledgment and I have chased this up by email but get no response. I am now with out I pod or money and no one is responding to me when I try to contact them.
Update: The company eventually emailed back stating there had been no staff due to illness. I now have my payment and goodwill gesture. Initially frustrating but now rectified after a number of emails.

Weeks since I despatched my iPod which was in perfect condition complete with original box, the order status shows as processing but no sign of any money, I've been checking weekly. If they don't have enough staff to keep up with demand then the website should at least give an indication of how long the turnaround time is likely to be. Along with other reviewers I feel I've been taken for a ride...

Order took a few days to process but got the full payout as promised which was quite a lot more than competitors. They also paid out via family and friends so I didn't get any fees deducted. Great overall experience!

They offer excellent trade in values at first then when the time comes for them to process the order the value drops!

You have to pay for postage and packaging also.

I have not received the money for my item and despite contacting the company on multiple occasions, I have had no response. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Sold an old ipod nano I had collecting dust. Was in good condition and got the money I was promised. Only improvement is potentially a prepaid envelope could be included. But otherwise perfect!

Awful! Sold an item which was received by them a week ago. I’ve had no response to emails. The contact firm on website doesn’t submit. Rung twice snd been told someone would call me back and no one did. Updated - since writing this review money was sent with an apology for lateness. An email explaining the delay would’ve sufficed. Still not a pleasant experience!

Sent in my Apple Watch Ultra using special delivery. Took 2 days to have the payment in my account. No squabbles and no drama.
