From my first order with yourselves, the hand-signed thank you note struck a chord with me and I thought it a wonderful touch, something you don't get from the large businesses.
Peter and Jeni are highly responsive via email when I have made enquiries previously, even updating an item on their website out of standard hours for me.

I have brought many board games from Gamersathart and they have always been packaged well and dispatched quickly. Great prices too!

Have used gamersathart a couple of times and been very pleased with everything. The website is easy to use, there’s great communication if you need to ask a question and the games arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, a big plus over some other companies. Oh and the prices are excellent too. Will certainly consider using them again for any future purchases.

I use Gamers-At-Hart regularly, an extremely reliable company. Fantastic customer service, emails are answered promptly and I always get the impression they care and do everything to help. On one occasion my preorder became available but as their final cost was cheaper than they expected, Gamers-At-Hart gave me a partial refund and sold it to me cheaper than expected, something that they did not have to do. A great example of going the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Had to cancel an order because of a change in my circumstances. Gamers@hart cancelled without question and sent a lovely email reply.

We hadn't heard of this company before but it came up on a price comparison site as the cheapest option for a game we wanted. We were a little wary but went ahead with the order and have been very delighted with the whole process. The game was extremely well packaged (all packaging is compostable!) and arrived very quickly. We will certainly keep this company in mind in future.

Pre-order number 14395
I placed an pre-order with them on 8th March 2022 (!) for 2 copies of Warhammer Quest: Cursed City.
The next I heard was 23rd March 2023 saying they couldn’t fulfil my order on the first batch (despite ordering over a year ago) and to wait for 2nd batch.
Today I received another email 1yr and 4 months after ordering saying they’ve changed websites, are cancelling my order and to reorder again from the new website… which when you try says they are out of stock!
In addition on the latest correspondence, my order was re-dated on their email header to 8th February 2023 - they also made reference to an email they’d sent ‘last week’ apparently advising me of their change of website - which I never received.

Obviously I can just purchase this now from a range of other retailers.

Even without the change in website, why could they not fulfil the pre-order given this game has been available to buy for a while now? Or at least have let me know sooner.
Why also claim that I can still ‘pre-order’ when you go to their website and it says ‘out of stock’.

I ordered a Games Workshop kit which unfortunately included the wrong sprue, but Peter got in contact with GW the same day to get a replacement sent out to me!

I will definitely be ordering my next bits from this store!
