Ordered a vase. It was as described and arrived well packaged. The vase is perfect and I am happy with my purchase. I would use again

Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I had read there review before purchasing from them.

Customer service is none existent, multiple sets of return details and contact's details for returns, to make as confusing and difficult as possible.

Really poor quality products!

Cancelled my order the same day, apparently as it wasn’t “Beijing” time it was over 24hrs (it wasn’t) so withheld over £60, you can’t phone this company and they are very dodgy AVOID

Useless customer service, no contact number rubbish communication. They sent me a faulty led chandelier it did not work and was also cracked. Its been 2 days and no reply i paid 100 pounds

Ordered a rose gold tap for brand new kitchen. Was told a week later it will be delayed for 4 weeks and would this be ok. I said yes I'll wait.

2 weeks in it's still up for sale on the website so I sent a message asking are they available? Got a email back saying my order is now cancelled as lost in transit (apparently). I'm now waiting for a refund. Now I have to look all over again and this has inconvenienced me as I have new kitchen and no tap..... Avoid this company they are time wasters.

I’ve paid £80.30 for a metal out door box what I thought I was getting from the range , turns out it’s from garden sanctuary 3 party , the mettle box as scratchers on it & dints in it , I’ve sent pictures & all they reply is could I circle the parts in the book to see if they can send them out , told them no as the box was a nightmare to put together holes didn’t line up nothing seem to fit great , all they do is send me the same email don’t want to help at all

Seem to be two seperate reviews of this company on Trustpilot. Need to be merged as one set as vast majority of reviews negative, as was mine on other reviews page for this company. Don't touch them with a Bargepole.

My shed was ok.
Instructions were very poor and it was extremely tricky to put together. Holes didn't line up. Metal is thin and easy to mis-thread and wear out.
However leaving 1 star review as I only read reviews on their website which were all positive. But then I saw a negative review when posting my reviews. Only for the negative review to be taken down next day!!!! I would not have purchased had i seen that now deleted review as it was everything i encountered.
Makes you wonder how many other reviews have been taken down...?

Do NOT use this company! You can't contact them by telephone. The number below is not valid. I placed an order and got an email advising that my order would be delivered between 8am and 6pm a couple of days later. Great! Sadly, not so great ... I waited in all day, but no delivery. There was no way to contact DX Delivery. The tracking link still said it would be delivered that day. No telephone details for Garden Sanctuary either, so I sent an email. Did get a reply the next day advising that my order had not yet been collected by the delivery company and would urge them to collect. They then advised me to check the tracking link ... which was still saying it would be delivered YESTERDAY!! Useless! I asked for them to ring me. Got an email saying that they "do not provide a telephone service" and to be patient. Then a couple of days later I got an email whilst I was at work at 10.30am stating that my order would be delivered that day between 8am and 6pm!!! Again, I contacted Garden Sanctuary but still waiting for a reply!

Update - 04/07/25 - nothing was delivered on the day the delivery company said - second day of being promised delivery between 8am and 6pm, but nothing received. Two days wasted waiting at home. Another email to the Garden Sanctuary. Still waiting for a reply.

I bought a storage Shed on Robert Dyas. All parts were damaged, wrong, parts didn't match, instructions were illogical. I hired a professional handyman who told me he had never seen anything like this in his entire working life. Never again. Oh, and they don't answer e-mails or phone calls.

Ordered Sunday and arrived Saturday. Cushion box was easy to put together and looked exactly as expected.
Would have been nice to get updates on dispatch and delivery dates but other than that great service and I would order from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This firm took payment, never sent the goods and only replied to our queries with AI-written responses that contained absolutely no useful info. In the end, we had to get a chargeback from our bank, who also failed to get any intelligible responses from the company.

Ordered two white plastic garden loungers and when setting up it was clear that the flimsy and weak nature of the locking positions on the back rest are not fit for purpose. There is no contact number to discuss this and the refund details are all in Chinese. after successive emails I have been offered to send them back at my own expense or keep them, accept a £13 refund and sell them on to get my money back. I am taking the matter further with Trading Standards and my credit card company.

We thought we were buying from B&Q and feel totally let down finding ourselves having to deal with Garden Sanctuary, who can't even advertise their products correctly. We ordered fencing for the garden, which we needed quite quickly. When they eventually arrived on different days they were labelled incorrectly, meaning they were of no use to us. Customer service was frustratingly slow and then they wanted proof they were the wrong size. All they had to do was open a box their end. We had to drive a long way to B&Q to return one box which we kept as proof, having suspicions about this company. The other boxes were rejected upon delivery and immediately sent back. We now have to wait for our refund which is taking way, way too long. We will never order from B&Q again, nor would we use Marketplace. Last time we looked they had not revised their information on this product on the website, so others are facing the same dreadful service as us.

Avoid this company – terrible service and communication.
I ordered a product in late April which arrived damaged and with missing parts. Garden Sanctuary offered a token £14 refund and said the missing parts would take 7–8 weeks to arrive—completely unacceptable for something meant to be used during a sunny week. I replied immediately and followed up several times, but they’ve ignored me since. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through Clearpay.

Looking at their reviews, I now realise I’m not the only one. They have a clear pattern of poor customer service and slow responses. I strongly warn others not to buy from Garden Sanctuary—save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Placed order (order number 24460) clearly showing delivery address and postcode and paid the postage requested.

Next day, I was sent an email advising that I had to pay an addition £8 postage or cancel the order and get a refund.

Do yourself a favour, avoid the hassle and buy elsewhere

Two stars for GS.... but five stars for Trust Pilot. Good advice to always look company up before considering buying. Even with so-called 'sale' still high prices for low quality goods.

I was a bit uncertain buying from this brand, due to the reviews online. I was pleasantly surprised. I had an issue with my item, and the customer service tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting didn't work, and when I requested a refund, they send me the refund ASAP without me needing to send the product back. I'm really impressed with the customer service.

I had a good experience with my order. Sofa ordered on Sunday and it arrived next week on Thursday. I am not sure how good is customer service team as I did not get into contact with them. I am satisfied with my purchase.
