REALLY BAD customer service. FAILURE to deliver.
They have failed to deliver what we ordered. Customer service is AWFUL. They have taken my money and FAILED to deliver Order 5535. They do not answer telephone or emails. The web site is very convincing but look deeper and the reality of their customer service is really appalling. They use XPD delivery - well you cant communicate with them either not can you log in to an account in order to change delivery. They stated they attempted delivery which is not true as I was in all day

Bought a metal shed from them and to say it's rubbish is an understatement, during the cold snap last Christmas I had to cover everything inside with tarpaulins to keep them dry,everything was soaked , blamed it on being on grass or poor ventilation, it's on a block paved drive and mounted on paving stones, ventilation is built in, no where does it mention they suffer badly with condensation I mean what's the point in having a shed that soaks everything when it goes cold, poor after sales, non existent customer service, avoid like the plague!!!

Have not tested the fire yet but after reading some of the reviews I was nervous when purchasing.
After some emails back and forth I was quickly reassured that my fire would arrive within 5 days.
The fire arrived with the XDP express within the 5 working days as promised. It was very well packaged and delivered by a lovely courier man who helped me carry it into the house.
Smooth transaction and very impressed with the superb customer service throughout.
Will definitely buy from them again.

They do not answer telephone. their really slow responses to our many messages are really poor quality. They look like a SCAM company. The web site is very convincing but look deeper and the reality of their customer service is really appalling. They use XPD delivery - well you cant communicate with them either. BAD BAD BAD.

Ordered a sofa from this company, arrived relatively quickly, am very please with the quality of the material. Would definitely recommend them.

This company is a scam, they are also using an incompetent courier company XPD who are awful. I ordered a bike shed for £250 then asked to cancel it straight away but noone ever answers their phone, just goes to voicemail but noone calls you back. Finally I got a response by email 2 days later and they said to reject the delivery but the courier dumped it on the door step despite noone being in. It was a huge package and could have been stolen!
Garden Sanctuary agreed to organise another courier to return it but every time they supposedly organise a courier, noone comes! I also have no tracking number! This has happened 4 times. Total scam! I've tried contacting the courier company to find out what is going on but they will only speak to Garden Sanctuary so I'm not sure who is worse. I get emails from them at 3am so they are clearly not in Manchester as advertised. I've asked to make a complaint but that is ignored.
Unless I get a refund, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Do not use this company!

I ordered a patio heater 1st December '22 which arrived with a broken tube so didn't work. I contacted Customer services who took an age to respond, eventually asking me to send a video of the fault, which I did. They confirmed on 9th January I'd get a replacement, today is 29th January and despite me chasing a week ago I have no replacement, almost 2 months after my original order. Really, really poor customer service, Garden Sanctuary, I'm going to be asking for a full refund and will get the heater elsewhere. To any potential customers, I'd recommend you avoid, based on my experience

I ordered a heater from this company, but quickly realised I had ordered the wrong thing, and emailed them shortly afterward. Though they had already dispatched the product (very quickly) they arranged for it to be recalled and refunded me the money. At all times the correspondence with them was courteous and personal. Though I'm in the unusual position of not now actually having 'bought' a product from them, given this experience I am very happy to recommend theme and will be using them myself in the future.

Ordered 3 items and all arrived quickly, one was damaged in transit and after a few emails and photos a replacement was sent. Products are fantastic (heaters) and great price. Excellent customer service, Charles particularly helpful. Would recommend.

The product, a patio heater, was delivered promptly, but was missing a component. Garden Sanctuary's customer services dep't quickly identified the problem, sent a replacement component and thereby saved the day. Excellent customer service from them, and I'm pleased with the product, which works well.

Very concerned about my order, calling emailing no reply going to contact my bank today have a bad feeling about this Company !

I bought a halogen heater and within minutes of turning it on it blew and the plug was really hot to the touch. I tried again a few days later and same thing happened. I purchased the heater more than 30 days ago so I was outside of the return policy but obviously I didn't need it until the weather cooled. I tried to call them repeatedly to try to get a refund or repair or replacement or at least a reduced price as it's of absolutely no use to me but they emailed me saying no to every option so I'm stuck with this piece of useless junk now. Do not deal with these people, they are terrible. If you are lucky enough to be someone who purchased from them and have a working product your blessed.

Great product fast and efficient delivery. Unfortunately one item was damaged but the communication was superb and all sorted very quickly without hesitation. Would recommend Garden Sanctuary and I will be using them again.

Don't buy from this company, I ordered two Halogen heaters from them, one arrived broken and the other lasted 20 mins before breaking, I always read reviews but this time due to rushing didn't -big mistake. It advertises on the website easy return etc but reading the small print -no return on sale goods -nearly all their stock is on sale, return the faulty goods with you paying the cost non refundable and even then no guarantee of getting your money back! -terrible company and i have wasted my money because i bought these for the charity i work for and i wont claim the money back and have the charity lose out

Please don't believe what this people offer online. They are dishonest. I bought a heater because they said on their website it was indoor and outdoor use. When the item arrived I realize it was only outdoor. I tried for weeks to return the item. They don't offer return, you have to pay to send it back, they don't want the items back. They offered me £5 refund in order to keep the item, something I can not used or the other option pay £20 for collection, they also said that if the item is not working they won't refund the money. What about if they sent me a faulty heater? Totally dishonest people DON'T BUY from them, better use Amazon!

Good value dining set, much higher quality then expected for the price. Well packaged and delivered in 3 days. Customer service was excellent in accommodating for an additional chair after the order was placed to ensure it was combined with the original order. Overall very happy and highly recommend!
