Placed an order which never arrived in time but received the following email.

let me order and pay for out of stock items

Placed my order and the next day was advised it would be delayed for over a month due to problems with supplier delivery their end. Had they posted something to this effect on their website I may have thought twice before purchasing. As it was, they've taken my money and are delaying fulfilling the purchase, which isn't a great online shopping experience. I probably won't be buying from them again.

I order and paid for the item on 06.07.2020 and still not received anything. No response to my e-mails (I sent the proof of payment several times), very bad customer service. Supplier to be definitely avoided!

I placed an order on 15 May but only received an email confirmation after 13 days! This informed me the item I expected ASAP delivery on was now delayed until mid June. Then after I asked to cancel the order on several occasions to which their reply was we do not have an order from you the item arrives at the end of August! Terrible company, useless customer service. DO NOT USE.

Goods were supposed to be delivered last week, not even shipped from the warehouse yet. No updates when I will receive it. To be honest I can wait. But receiving 2 requests for a review when goods are not shipped yet does bother me. So you asked for a review twice, here you have it.

Good selection of products but extremely slow at dispatching them

This company only gives people the run around lm waiting for a refund on a product and after about 10 to 15 emails still no monies back into my account event though l have an email from the company that this was to happen...now no contact and no replys to my emails as to what's happening lm completely disgusted

Bestellung eines Grillunterwagens und diverse Grillutensilien.
Die Zeit zwischen dem Tag der Bestellung und der Lieferung betrug sage und schreibe 11 Wochen und zwei Tage.
Letzten Endes kam die Ware gut erhalten bei mir an.
Sterne-Abzug gibt es für die mangelhafte Kommunikation in Form eines Textbausteines, das Fehlen einer Mitteilung der Lieferverzögerung, die schlechte Information / Kontrolle über den Lieferstatus und die zu lange Lieferzeit, die der Angabe auf der Website nicht entsprach.

if i was you i would not deal with this company,
its already to late for us they have our money, but we don't have our items.
contacted them to ask the whereabouts of our items only to be told that they are waiting for there supplier for this stock.
so they are selling items that they don't even have.
This is not the way to do business, more like embezzlement than trade.

BUYER BEWARE! One item arrived damaged and I contacted customer services who asked me to send full details of the order with photographs. This I did and they replied that they would look into it. This was 4 weeks ago and I have not heard anything since, despite sending further emails.
The other item did not arrive so after 4 weeks I enquired as to when the item would be delivered. The reply was that it was out of stock. I then had to request a refund which arrived 10 days later.
Overall, very poor customer service and I will not use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. Such a shame because they have some interesting products.

Nichts als Ärger!

Auf Emails wird kaum geantwortet...

Nachdem Liefertermine mehrfach verschoben wurden, bin ich am 8. Juli vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten und bat um Erstattung des schon
bezahlten Kaufpreises und der Versandkosten
innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr von Jardinitis gehört.
Außerdem habe ich inzwischen vom Hersteller (Esschert Design)
des von mir bestellten Produktes erfahren, dass es
bis auf Weiteres gar nicht lieferbar ist! Es ist also absolut unseriös, mich auf einen späteren Liefertermin zu vertrösten...
Werde mich jetzt an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden
und eventuell Klage einreichen.

Fiz um pedido 539666 de uma encomenda a esta empresa e como não cumpriram com o prazo estipulado pedi para me cancelarem o pedido ao que me disseram prontamente que ìa ser reembolsada para o meu NIB.
Entretanto já lá vai um mês e não respondem aos mails não atendem o telefone nem devolvem o dinheiro.
Julguei tratar-se de uma empresa idonea séria e profissional...mas já não sei o que pensar.
Está a ser a pior experiência em termos de compras on-line.
Estão em causa 2568.00€ mas uma coisa é certa eles não vão ficar com o meu dinheiro nem que eu leve isto até às ultimas consequências.

Je ne parviens pas à me faire rembourser alors qu’ils ont annulé ma commande de manière unilatérale le 01 juillet dernier .
Depuis ils ne me répondent plus .
Ce sont des arnaquées et je vais déposer plainte contre eux si je n’obtiens pas mon argent de retour (commande 517445)

Jardinitis is not a trustworthy company. I ordered 2 Karcher Steam Cleaners on June 10th 2020. Paid €514.75. After a number of misleading emails, I was advised on July 7th that they couldn’t supply the products and would refund my money promptly. No sign of. my money after another 10 days. Disgraceful.

Compra 532600 efetuada a 18.06.2020, nunca foi entregue nem respondem aos contatos. Não comprem nesta loja.

Please don’t order anything with this company from 2 June still waiting they do not reply .

Llevo 3 meses esperando un pedido. Son incapaces de mantenerte informado. Durante estos 3 meses he sifdo yo la que he ido reclamadno reiteradamente y muchas veces ni me contestaban.
Los teléfono no los cogen.
Acabo de pedir el reelbolso y una hoja de reclamación. A ver como acaba.
No recomiendo comprar en jardinitis
