I bought a 23 foot swimming pool and had problems from the start missing parts from the pump later on I also add leaks in the pool on both occasions I rang and no answer I also emailed about 20 times and they kept shoving me off telling me that somebody used the website to sell swimmingSo they passed me on to someone else though I bought the swimming from their website I think it is the screws I give £1200 for the swimming pool I believe it’s the worst company in the world I would definitely recommend nobody in this whole world to buy from anybody got any questions I’m happy to ask at any point at any time they are absolutely rubbish

Commande d'un abri de jardin réalisé début mai 2020 pour un montant de 1250€ (débité le lendemain de la commande).
Date de livraison initiale prévue fin mai 2020. Nous recevons le 19/05 une confirmation d'expédition et une prise en charge de notre colis par l'entreprise BLD. 1 mois plus tard toujours rien... Après plusieurs réclamations par mail, on nous indique que le transporteur a perdu notre colis, puis qu'ils n'en ont plus en stock et que nous allons être remboursé sous un délai de 14 jours.
Courrier recommandé avec AR reçu par Jardinitis le 21/08 mais toujours aucunes nouvelles... Je désespère de recevoir mon remboursement.
Comment cette société peut-elle être encore autorisée à vendre, vu le nombre d'avis similaire??

Scammer!!! Guy is sitting in front of a laptop in SPAIN which he fails to mention anywhere on his website. He does not have a garden center. Anything you buy he will take you're money and not send the item. He will also ignore all of you're emails. Do not give him a penny

Really disappointed as still not recieved the item ordered and had no response to two emails. I think waiting until now, almost 3 weeks was long enough to wait.

Broken website, no way to check the status of your order without an account (which you don't need to actually order). Many issues on the website.

Seems like it's all hacked together - would not recommend using this service.

Plant arrived safely and looks healthy. Did arrive 2 days earlier than expected.

Aucune nouvelle de ma commande plus de 15 jours après. Je m'en suis inquiétée et ils me répondent (par mail) qu'ils n'ont toujours pas l'article en "entrepôt" (il était censé être en stock). Je ne sais si je être vraiment livrée. Pas sérieux du tout. Site à éviter.

asked for review before items delivered. Have had 2 delivery dates given and items not arrived.

Horrific! Ordered medicated food for my cat from here. I was told that it would arrive by Tuesday 8th Sept. it has not arrived yet. I emailed and called but no answer until this evening via email (10th Sept) where I was told that it would arrive in a week. They never answer the phone. This is not acceptable as I cannot wait that long for my cat to be on this diet as she has kidney failure. I don’t expect an answer from them but will request a refund as I need this food now so will have to buy elsewhere.
Edit based on below response from Jardinitis:
I have received a notification that the package is on it’s way. What I have not received from Jardinitis is a promise to have someone answer their phones or indeed to answer emails. I emailed on 10th Sept asking for a refund and have not received a reply. I had to buy the product elsewhere and have already purchased it. I believe this company isn’t in trouble as there is a massive delay in response times. All of the other reviews on here correlate with that. Hire a proper customer relations team or stop selling as you can’t make good on delivery times or customer service.

Advertise with "product in stock", next day received an email saying there was no stock.

This shop sells products they can not deliver, and then keep your money.
Waiting for a week now..

After more then a week I get the answer from Jardinitus on this platform that they are sorry and if I can please send my reference number to their email..... I already did that off course three times, so this is getting VERY annoying.

Good afternoon

We made an order for a Garden bench from Jardinitis on the 17th of August where the money was taken out of the bank account right away but we never received any confirmation email or a message.

The delivery was supposed to be in less than 1 week but we still didn't receive the bench nor any communication.

I tried to call so many times with no answer. Emailed 4 times and no reply!!!!

Could you please give me an update

The delivery dates on website were mis-leading Communications very poor, not able to speak to a human, only via email which means a minimum 24hrs between messages and even then not the info needed given. Very frustrating experience. Hopefully all money will be refunded.

The service and delivery were brilliant but the tree I received was not the one on the picture. However it was still a decent tree

Goods not received, no communication, emails not replied to, telephone number doesn't connect ... terrible

Te envían emails que te van a hacer la devolución pero no devuelven
