Estoy muy contento con la sauna y con el Trato recibido por la empresa !!!!!

Ordering my sauna QL240 went smooth and the communication with the company was easy and straight forward

The sauna got here earlier than expected and everything promished was included -

Following the instructions to put the sauna together was a bit comlicated for me, but when i got the hang of it everything went smooth

Have tried the sauna 6-7 times now and it works perfectly

I can highly recommend Gardj. Everything was perfect from the initial communication to the delivery and assembly.

The communication was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The delivery arrived exactly on time, and the assembly team did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

The quality of the sauna and the entire service exceeded my expectations. There is honestly nothing negative to mention – everything went smoothly and exactly as promised.

Thank you to the entire Gardj team for the excellent service. I would definitely choose Gardj again!

Conditionnements parfait, à monter soit même Oui mais il faut être bricoleur et deux. Le résultat est génial et le fonctionnement à bois parfais. Très content du résultat.

Der Verkäufer hat nachträglich ( nach Abschluss des Kaufvertrags) die Lieferkonditionen geändert und wollte mir zusätzlich 1000Euro für die Versandkosten berechnen, die ausdrücklich und auf Rückfrage mit Gratisversand betitelt wurden.

Die Kommunikation erfolgte teilweise in kirilischer Schrift, was wenig vertrauenswürdig war.

Thanks to the team of Gardj, and especially Vladislav we now have a wonderfull sauna in our garden. Very good communication and they are aiming for very happy costimers. From the proces of ordering to building the sauna went great, very fun to do and we enjoy it every week. We missed some parts after the shipment, but they really put the effort in to make everything complete and they also send a gift for the inconvinience. Once again, we are happy we bought the sauna at Gardj. Thank you. Greatings from the Netherlands.

So saunou od spoločnosti gardj som veľmi spokojný.
Trochu bol problém s dodávkou ale tie problémy zapríčinila prepravná spoločnosť nie fa GARDJ. Pri zostavovaní sauny som zistil, že je malo bituménovej krytiny ale fa GARDJ veľmi rýchlo zareagovala a v priebehu dvoch dní som mal chýbajúci materiál dodaný.
Zostavovanie sauny bolo podľa prehľadného návodu v poriadku.
Trochu mi chýba osvetlenie sauny ale šikovný majster si to vie dorobiť. Ja som si namontoval svietidlo HARVIA a dekoračný drevený kryt a pre väčšiu intimitu stmievač.
Teraz saunu využívam na týždennej báze.

Perfekt sauna byggesæt QL240. Høj kvalitet til lav pris. Vi er så glade for saunaen i vores have, som vi bruger flere gange om ugen. QL240 er den med bænke i 2 niveauer, hvor vi altid sidder på den øverste. Med en 9kw Harvia ovn bliver saunaen hurtigt varm.

Delivery and Support was great, good product. Built it on my own, needed no other person. Concert to built was clear. Oven OK.

I omitted 1 star because of 2 issues
- videos and construction plans are OK but leave some questions open when you never built this before.
- oven is strong but you have to take care because the pipe easily starts to glim at higher temp

All in one it's nice and even my children love it

In 2 Tagen war die Sauna aufgebaut. Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Der Elektroofen ist einfach zu bedienen und heizt sich relativ schnell auf. Zudem ist die Sauna wirklich geräumig. Allerdings gingen uns beim Aufbau die Bitumenschindeln aus, sodass wir welche nachkaufen mussten. Aber ansonsten ist diese Sauna ein Top-Produkt.

Takes a bit of experience to assemble, but a fine piece of crafted sauna. The pack arrived somehow damaged, but customer service has sent a replacement part right away. I would definately recommend the brand

Hi we absolutely love it, delivered with no issues, took 30 mins to unpack of the pallet the delivery driver was very helpful I tipped him some cash. The Sauna itself is very good quality with lots of spares in case a mistake was made. The instructions were vague but I had watched plenty of You tube videos to understand what I had to do. The heater is fantastic quality and included in the price which is rare. All in all we are very pleased and thank you to Egon who organised everything, although sometimes he took his time to answer messages, I will highly recommend the sauna and your company and have added pictures to your Facebook advert.

Vevőbarát kiszolgálás és tájékoztatás. Jó minőségű, némi szerelési tapasztalattal felépíthető szauna. Igazi téli hidegben még nem volt alkalmam kipróbálni a szaunát, eddig 78-80 fok-C-ra fűtött fel a 9 kW-os kályha. Élvezem a használatot, nem bántam meg a vásárlást.

Wir haben unsere Sauna im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Gardi gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Wochen und auch der Aufbau verlief problemlos. Zwei kleine Reklamationen wurden schnell und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Der Kundenservice war top. Kommunikation ausschließlich über Email.
Wir nutzen die Sauna seit einem halben Jahr regelmäßig und würden sie nicht mehr missen. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben eine Cube Sauna bei Gardj gekauft und sind super zufrieden. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles bestens. Die Montage klappte ohne Probleme.
