Excellent communication throughout, clear on availability and arrival times, turned up on time, didn't charge event though the job was more complex than anticipated. Great response when I accidentally paid twice - was refunded within an hour.

Service first class kept informed of parts needed.

Gas Geeks were great. I had major problems with my boiler and no hot water. Lewis sorted the problem out very quickly. Would highly recommend! Will definitely use them again.

We recently had a new system boiler installed and are very pleased with the work undertaken by GasGeeks.
Their engineer Lewis was very professional and helpful and had the work completed withing one day as quoted. Their price was also competitive and we would highly recommend them.

I've had Declan and Lewis out for several jobs in the last year and from simple boiler servicing to installing new drains and feeds for a garrage sink they've impressed on every occasion. Both of them aswell as Heather over the phone are very professional, communicative and willing to take the time to explain things clearly on the day and before hand. They provide a very detailed quote so you have confidence in exactly what you're getting and the price it will cost. A cost which is very reasonable when compared with others and doubley so when you factor in the quality and clenliness of the work they leave. Getting close to the end of a total home renovation and not being too keen on the DIY plumbing side of things. I can atest to how much of a relief it has been to have the skill and reliability of Gasgeeks available to me. I can recommend them with confidence and only wish I had found them sooner.

GasGeeks were fantastic from start to finish. Good communication setting up initial appointment and then quotes received and accepted easily by email. Super friendly and experienced when at the house and problem with our boiler fixed quickly. Would highly recommend.

Engineer text to say he was running late - no estimated time or ask to confirm is he at home later than appointment time.

Called once and I was unable to pick up call due to being in meeting whilst WFH. Engineer decided to cancel appointment leaving me with no heating, hot water or cooking facilities over night

Company very dismissive and essentially blamed me for not answering 1 call

This is third time we have had GasGeeks carry out work in our home. Every time we have found the communication, service, attention to detail, respect to our property and quality of work to be fantastic. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and Declan will take the time to explain things to you. Have no hesitation using them in the future and cannot recommend them enough.

Initially asked for a boiler service and advice for replacement. Good value quote from a team who obviously know their business. Not at all pushy but friendly, accessible, reliable service, with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Would use GasGeeks again and recommend to others.

cant thank you enough for the top notch service guys. perfect installation of the 2 radiators and bathroom taps plus our boiler service. really liked that you text and emailed to keep me up to date with when you would arrive and timely reminders , that helped me a lot. lewis was also very prompt and explained in detail what he was going to do on the day. such a nice guy. also like the electronic invoicing and payment process which is something many dont do and could learn a lot from. an absolute pleasure and would highly recommend

Declan was a very polite friendly guy, who kept me informed of when he was coming. Nothing was a problem, my job was slightly awkward but he managed to fix the problem & explained exactly what he did to me. Paying for the job was very easy. I would definitely recommend this company

Declan attended a boiler emergency situation. Declan was super responsive, very organised, communicated costs, timings and provided all explanations needed on the day. Boiler was made safe and temporarily operational, and quote was presented for replacement of worn elements. Very professional and trustworthy.

GasGeeks managed to finish a job for me that other plumbers couldn't. Communication with them was first rate, and they kept me up-to-date of their ETA. Job was sorted quickly and at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them for all my plumbing and heating going forward.

From the initial visit to provide an estimate , I found all members of this company to be courteous,polite ,and very well presented. Customer service was excellent, always available to answer any queries I had around installation . The work was carried out to a timescale that allowed me opportunity to cognitively process and physically prepare . Very punctual on the day of installation . At the age of 70yrs I wasn't looking forward to having this necessary work done. I left the house for the day to avoid any possible discomfort but found that on my return, if there wasn't the presence of a lovely new boiler I would not have known any work had taken place . No dust or 'mess ' of any description. From my overall experience , I thoroughly recommend this company .

The two lads were very punctual,quick and left no mess and we were delighted with the two radiators that they fitted for us, will be using you again to fit other radiators.
