Top class fiters and a top class company
The 2 lads that fitted the boiler were super they worked extremely hard cleaned up after them selves

Good job professional company
The job was done on time and without to much disruption by polite and friendly engineers who cleaned up and removed all the rubbish. They explained how to operate the new system and demonstrated the controls. Good job by professional company.

Superb service!
From start to finish I received all the information I wanted and superb service from Gareth and team.
Installation day arrived and the guys arrived promptly and got straight into the job (air con install) unfortunately they had been let down by their normal supplier regarding the model ordered. Gareth said they had sent someone all the way to Leeds to pick up a better model at the same price - wow!
Extra electrical work was also required over the quote but the cost was accepted by the company - you don’t get that kind of service these days.
Mid afternoon all was finished and cleaned up!
I can’t fault anything regarding this company and they definitely went the extra mile!
Very pleased overall and you won’t be disappointed in choosing this company so please support them.

Excellent job would not fail to recommend
Great service,boiler fitted and explained and didn’t try to sell a more expensive one than required. All done in a day, rubbish removed and even swept kitchen floor! Had no hot water so they came out immediately. Nothing was too much bother. I would recommend to absolutely anybody. They were extremely competitive. I didn’t go with cheapest and I’m so pleased. Communication was spot on, checking everything was okay.thank you very much for a stress free job!

Initial house inspection was prompt with an accurate quotation, Engineers arrived on time installed boiler with minimum fuss left house clean and tidy, would have no hesitation in recommending

Excellent professional service provided…
Excellent professional service provided from start to finish . New boiler fitted when advised would on date arranged , keep informed of everything during the period . Small issue developed and Gareth came out to resolve an hour after I called with the problem, thank you so much to Gareth and the team for the excellent and efficient service provided. 10/10

Two young men came to fit a boiler at…
Two young men came to fit a boiler at my elderly neighbour. They were polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
They just got on with the job and explained clearly how the boiler works.
Also the service from the receptionist was great too , she was very helpful and tried her best to fit us in , in a time that suited our needs.

They cared about your property.
They were on time, prepared the areas they were going work in by laying down protection on the floors/stairs.
Completed the job in good time and linked up the Hive system and demonstrated it.

They do what they say they will

From Gareth's initial visit
From Gareth's initial visit, the support with Gas Safe Hero was great.
We were given a brochure to choose what model boiler we wanted, advised on sizing due to household requirements, no of radiators etc
Previous quotes from others were vague at best, with just the price for the works. All the pipework was treated & cleaned out on the day of the works also.
Brilliant service overall. Highly recommended.

ABOVE AND BEYOND
Our boiler broke down completely - no hot water no heating and just to add to our woes it was bank holiday weekend! I contacted Gas Safe Hero via an online search and received a call within minutes at 8.30PM on a Saturday evening. They arranged to come out the following morning which amazed me as it was bank holiday AND a Sunday. Gareth turned up very promptly and spent almost an hour going over everything with us covering all our options in great detail and finally offering us a really excellent deal.We were more than happy to close the sale to have our new boiler installed within 48 hours . Excellent customer service which I would highly recommend . I will update on actual installation but given the level of proffessionalism so far I am feeling very confident.
As promised update on installation - Absolutely delighted with every aspect of this whole job. In my opinion the company obviously instills professionalism throughout it's entire organisation. My boiler was fitted quickly and cleanly by a young man named Josh - he wouldn't even stop for a cuppa - he just got on with it and did a cracking job and the final touch they disposed of my old boiler! I can recommend them without hesitation
