Beware

Beware; sadly the company believe that it is quite alright to misrepresent the products they sell. Buy a gazebo with a bag and don't expect the bag to fit the gazebo, it's likely to be different in every dimension. Speak to them about it and they couldn't care less. They'll just tell you it's a storage bag (so what are the handles for?) and so they are under no obligation to supply one that fits. UPDATE I, along with what I suspect is the majority of the English speaking world, and perhaps most importantly the Oxford English Dictionary define a ‘bag’ as ‘a container that you can put things in’; not partly in or mostly in, but in. The Gazeboshop chooses to misrepresent it’s offerings by choosing an entirely different definition of a ‘bag’ and I must infer that apparently all you are required to do in order to replace the actual definition, with your own, is to use the word ‘storage’ and post a photo or two. What you supply is a ‘cover’ at best and one that, judging by its other dimensions, was clearly intended for an entirely different gazebo.

To clarify; Yes, all of our pop up gazebos are supplied with a drop over gazebo storage bag when first purchased. The bag supplied is designed to protect the gazebo frame and canopy during storage and/or transportation. The bag is purposefully shorter than the overall height of the collapsed gazebo (as seen in photos on the product page) to aid with transportation as many of our customers choose to stand their gazebos upright/vertically during transit. The bag allows for the unit to be packed away without it being laid on the floor – particularly helpful in wet weather or when the gazebo unit has been erected on a muddy site.

We do sell a robust, heavy duty wheeled gazebo bag – this is available to purchase if you eventually look to upgrade.

Ordered the 3x3 hex extreme gazebo


Ordered the 3x3 hex extreme gazebo after seeing one being used and having an extremely positive feedback from the owner about Gazeboshop. Very impressed with the quick and efficient response to my initial inquiry from Tiffany, especially as there were additional costs and logistical issues in freighting here to Guernsey.
Dispatched the next working day after payment and delivered in under 48 hours.
A good product, sturdy yet light enough to carry and easy to set up and the canopy and walls are robust and well constructed with heavy duty fixings.
Would recommend both costumer service and product.

Fantastic Customer Service

A great company with superb customer service, the website is easy to navigate, lots of choice and straight forward to place your order.
We had an courier issue which happens, Tiffany in the customer service team was excellent, she rectified the problem and had a replacement organised within 24hrs. But more importantly she was understanding, helpful and pleasure to communicate with.

Hexagon frame 3x3 Gazebo

Ordered a hexagon frame 3x3 with printed canopy at Gazebo at Ragley Hall Game Fare at the company stall, was given advice based on their experience what would best suit my needs, I was delighted with the results, I erected the Gazebo at home today the quality, colour scheme and printing are first class. 
During the purchase process I was provided with an excellent schematic to sign off before printing, I made a minor adjustment which was dealt with accurately and quickly.
The process took only 9 working days from Order to delivery at home. It probably would have been a couple of days quicker if I hadn't changed the print.

The Gazebo true asset for our club which I suspect will last a good few years. I would certainly recommend you get one if you're thinking about doing so.
If I was to make one critism I'd like a bag of similar quality to the gazebo material something a little more robust,thats just me being picky.
Overall would I use them again, absolutely 100%.
Was customer service and communication good. Yes 100%.
Should I have bought a £150 version? absolutely not, this gazebo is built to last not built to collapse in a mild breeze.

First met the team at The Game Fair

First met the team at The Game Fair. Spoke to a lovely gentleman about the printer flags they offer.
Ordered the next week and spoke to Tiffany who was fantastic. Looking forward to receiving my flag ready for its outing this weekend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Friendly, great communication and highly recommended. Will know where to go when I need to order my next flag !!

Going the extra mile to ensure a speedy turnaround

I needed to replace my gazebo in time for my son's 21st birthday party after my previous gazebo had been damaged when borrowed by friends and poorly secured in high winds damaging it beyond economic repair. Having ordered a replacement Tiffany informed me the following morning the frame size and canopy colour ordered were out of stock and there would be a delay to the delivery. However given the time pressure she would see what she could do. I was informed within an hour that they would assemble a frame and supply with an alternative canopy colour for next day dispatch. Thank you Tiffany and Gazeboshop...great service and will mean we can keep the bar dry even if the weather is not at my son's party.

Tables

purchased the tables, then was informed that the website hadn't been updated. They apologised & I was offered a refund, which i decided to take. the refund process takes days so i was out of pocket and had an event that required the tables.

This isnt great in itself, however Tiffany and the team were speedy with the emails and managed to pull in the table i ordered. It was great how it was resolved and shows the level of customer service is high.

Brilliant,,

Brilliant,,, no other words for the service and product,,, when you call the phone is answered by a very nice human ( Ashleigh ) design process and visual before production was very clear,,, and when the gazebo and table arrived the quality is spot on,,,, don’t think about it,,, just order it,, this team are on their game ,,,, many thanks Gazebo Shop,,, looking forward to using our gazebo on many shows 😁😁😁

Horrible experience, absurd

I ordered a Gazebo 6x3 on 6 Aug
£614 including shipping the next day i received an email, stating they've ran out of black color, we can send you another color, place your order until restock which is end of the month or refund. I asked for refund on 7 August, all they said is they can only apologize, and today is 4th day still waiting on refund, I rang their office the lady on the phone says I've requested your refund and contacted refund department but they haven't got back yet. I asked them to call refund department she replied we are small company we don't have a telephone number in our refund department and all she can do is wait for refund department to reply to her email.

This is absurd, horrible experience, they are known by most traders and they give the excuse of small company says they don't have telephone for refund department.
Their first email Saud it would take 3 to 5 days for the money to hit back our account, today is 4th day, they haven't even initiated the process yet, I said so tomorrow i will receive my money she said said it will take 5 days from the date they refund.

So I can't use my money to buy another gazebo because someone in their refund department is not doing their job right?

inflatable printed gazebo


We bought a full inflatable printed gazebo at Novembers classic car show at the NEC. It was great to discuss in person, get a quote then follow through to completion on email. Although not as cheap as a conventional gazebo this is another huge advertising banner for us and gets many compliments at shows and events, with some gazebo envy too. All in all a great product and experience to order. Thank you!

Great experience

Great communication from time of ordering, to delivery. Gazebo was easy to set up and looks like it will last a number of years.

Issue with delivery company meant that we were at risk of not being able to attend a high profile event, but Angelina went above and beyond to ensure the gazebo was with us in time.

Would definitely recommend!

The Gazebo Shop SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

The Gazebo Shop are the most terrible company, their customer service skills are shocking not to mention the poor quality of the product. I needed my gazebo in a hurry so phoned their office to ensure they had the gazebo in the right size and colour before placing my order online, they assured me they had it in stock and it would arrive in good time for when I needed it so I placed my order for the gazebo which cost £695. I then received a telephone call from them saying they did not have that gazebo in stock but not to worry they would upgrade me to a superior model in the correct colour. When the gazebo arrived it was in the wrong colour and after phoning them I was told that they couldn't do anything about it in the necessary time frame unless I went to collect the gazebo canopy and walls in the correct colour myself from their warehouse. The drive took me 2.5 hours there and 2.5 hours back and cost me over £100 in petrol and I was told by them that they would not compensate me in any way for my time or for the petrol, after my insistence they then said they would refund me to the value of the delivery charge of £38 which I am yet to receive, still after 3 weeks. Having used my gazebo now, on only the second use the nuts and bolts have fallen out of the framework at the top of the gazebo making it impossible to erect and use safely, which has hindered my ability to trade at booked events and resulted in a huge loss of earnings and pitch fees. After having called them again to ask for a replacement gazebo and a full refund, they were not open to listening to anything that I had to say or ask, they continued to speak over me and argue with me when I was trying to make a reasonable request that they replace the gazebo. The manager cam on the phone and asked me questions which I tried to answer but I was spoken over again, the manager not prepared to listen to the answer of the question which he had asked! Furthermore they have accused me of screaming at their staff when I collected the correct coloured walls and canopy and went further to say they have this recorded on CCTV when I did no such thing. The telephone call resulted in their less than polite manager hanging up on me after telling me they are doing their best to resolve the situation. Their resolution is to send me 4 new screws and for me to fix the gazebo myself?? I am absolutely shocked by their approach to their business and their inability to provide a good quality product and service to their customers. I am a small business owner and the initial cost of the gazebo itself was a huge amount of money to be spending, now the further costs involved with collecting the right coloured canopy and wall panels, the cancelled events, the loss of earnings if running into thousands for which they make no apology! I strongly advise you not to purchase your gazebo from this company!

Having investigated your claims with the team, I’d just like to clarify the facts


You placed an order with us on Thursday 29th June at 15:37pm (after the 1pm cut off time for same day dispatch), we called you shortly after to advise you that unfortunately the 3m x 4.5m Extreme 40 HEX Series gazebo you had purchased had gone out of stock due to processing the days orders. My colleague offered to upgrade your order to a stronger gazebo unit, at no extra cost and we dispatched this for you the next day, Friday 30th June. Your order was delivered on Monday 3rd July and you notified us that you had received the wrong colour covers on 4th July. To rectify the situation, a member of staff agreed to meet you at the office at 7:30am the day after (5th July) so you could collect the correct covers (as we didn't have time to send out replacement covers).

It was unfortunate that the wrong colour covers were sent out with your original order, and for this we apologise. We refunded the original delivery charge on Monday 10th July, this can take between 5-7 days to clear - this is very much down to your card processing company, not us.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at Gazeboshop and strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and level of service we can. We are sorry that on this occasion you were not satisfied with the service that you received from us. Our team endeavour to rectify problems with customers both promptly and professionally (on the rare occasion that something goes wrong) as we tried to with yourself.

You later reported a fault with the frame (after it had been used) and at this time we did not have a replacement 3m x 4.5m frame in stock so the only way to resolve the problem quickly and within the time scale available, was to send out replacement nuts and bolts (free of charge). This would allow you to repair the frame in time for your next event, avoiding any event cancellations and loss of earnings. We have done our very best to help you.

Excellent service and quality

This is the fourth gazebo we have purchased from Gazeboshop over the last two years and, as usual, the service has been excellent and the quality of the gazebos means we will be able to use them for many years to come at our shows. Thank you also for your prompt delivery.

Bongo Tent

I bought a bongo tent for a music festival.
It arrived on time, the instructions were clear.
The material was of excellent quality and should last a good few years.
The bag in which it came was strong however a couple of lifting handles would have helped as two people could then carry it.
I was impressed with the fast and friendly communication.

Fantastic item and professional service

We were blown away with a very professional product and service.
We ordered up a new table cover and added our artwork, the speed at which the order, design concept and completed article arrived at our office was amazing.
We really appreciate the service you offer and we will be back soon for some more items.

Not recommending this gazebo shop

Not recommending this gazebo shop at all. I've called them twice to make sure my order would be perfect and on time as I need. I was told, I should recieve gazebo in two working days. When I've ordered gazebo, with half-walls, I was told they don't have half-walls at the minute and waiting is approximately 4 weeks. I got very frustrated as I called them and asked about this desire gazebo. Then I was told I need to wait for the refund 5-7 days. Even more, I've paid with PayPal and they told me the refund depends of my bank institution. PayPal is working immediately if It comes to the refund. I am extremely frustrated as I won't have specific gazebo on time.
Just save your time and don't buy anything from there. They will tell you something and do something differently.

To clarify my colleague got in touch with you the same day you ordered, and you were offered another colour, to wait for your colour to come back into stock or a full refund.

Unfortunately our accountant was out of the office on Friday 14th April (the day you placed your order) so we weren’t able to process the refund. I can confirm that your refund was processed this morning (Monday 17th April) back to your PayPal account.
