So schlecht wie von allen Geschildert ist GeekWish auch nicht. Man muss halt gucken was man Bestellt und wann man es braucht. Bei nicht Erhaltene Ware habe ich immer mein Geld wieder bekommen oder eine Gutschrift. Viele Artikel von GeekWish können sie auch bei Ebay oder in Geschäften erwerben. Nur sehr Teuer, und die sind Gut ?? Versteh ich nicht. Und bevor ich ein Artikel für 15 Euro in Laden Kaufe Bestell ich ihn lieber für 3 Euro und warte ein paar Tage. Gerade was Werkzeug und Fahrradzubehör , Klein Elektronic ist OK. Halt alles Made in China !!

C est scandaleux. J ai fait une commande sur geek d un vélo d appartement simple, classique. Bien sûr j'ai été immédiatement débitée et j ai reçu des pédales de vélos avec un compteur mais pas de vélo d appartement. J ai donc fait une réclamation sur le site pour obtenir un bon de retour et le remboursement mais ils me répondent en anglais et refusent de l envoyer un bon de retour en me confirmant que leur envoi correspond à ma commande et que le retour serait a ma charge et sans remboursement. C est une arnaque ce site, quel est mon recours?
Je vais porter plainte s il le faut mais je ne vais pas en rester là.

Plattform für Betrüger, die keine Konsequenzen befürchten brauchen, da der"Kundenservice" ein Bot-Programm ist. Kontakt zu Menschen unmöglich. Wer zu sehr nervt wird gesperrt. Man kann gut 1€ Artikel für den Haushalt kaufen, wer 40 bis 60 Tage warten kann macht hier nix falsch. Kritisch wird es bei Technik wie Handys und Tabletts, hier wird Uralt Elektronikschrott als neu und hochmodern verkauft, von der kriminellen Energie der Verkäufer zeugt das der Laie glaubt das er das erhalten hat was er gekauft hat, es werden also Manipulationen vorgenommen. Nur wer sich wundert das alles langsam bis gar nicht funktioniert und Auslesesoftware installiert erfährt was wirklich drin steckt. Da Geek Wish dies billigt und nicht gegen die sehr zahlreichen Verkäufer vorgeht und den Käufer mit seinem Problem allein bzw mit einem Bot allein lässt sind sie mitschuldig, denn sie verdienen an diesem organisierten Betrug mit.

Die bieten 1Euro Artikel an, beim Kauf kommt nach 2 Tagen die Meldung "Kauf konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden." Aber Geld wurde bereits abgebucht. Die Rückzahlung muss man beantragen. Trotzt Beantragung, von 7 Waren nur 5 rückerstattet bekommen. Fiese Masche.

Generaly most of the items I ordered I got (some small orders for 1 USD were never refunded), also in very short time. Unfortunately, most of electronic they sell that is typical Chinese s.... Cell phones, SD cards not work properly (even nice packing and good esthetic quality) . I decided do not spend any 1 more Euro for their goods. It is not worth Andrzej from Poland.

I ordered an android cell phone. It took forever to arrive, but finally did. It's a beautiful phone with great features. I was very happy once it arrived, couldn't wait to activate it with my carrier. Brought it to T-mobile, they couldn't activate it, wouldn't accept a Sim Card. AT&T, Sprint, Boost, cricket as well. Finally it was VZW that said my phone is an international phone. They called it a Samsung knock-off, suppose to look like one but isn't a Samsung. Anyway I'm stuck with a phone I can never use. I wrote to Geek Wish n they said to click on the item in my purchase history to indicate the issue but suddenly the purchase isnt even listed and the return window is closed. I did take a copy of the purchase history to show this us legit. THIS PHONE COST ME ABOUT 140.00. I'M NOT HAPPY.. I canceled my account...WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE....They deserve zero stars. In fact the sellers business isn't even listed under cell phones anymore unless they changed their name, who knows. I'm going to let everyone know what scum they are.

I purchased a watch, which was faulty. I returned it on recorded delivery. The item was signed for by one of their guys, but I still haven’t received a refund and I’m just going in circles with the customer support team. Just keep well away from these lot.

Fuck, Wish verarscht einem nur, wenn de was zurück schicken willst, was en paar € gekostet hat, stellen die sich dumm. Die verlassen sich drauf das einer für en paar €kein Anwalt einschaltet. Meldet euch bei der Verbraucher Zentrale, die können solchen Geschäftstypen, richtig zusetzen

I ordered a set of colouring pen as a present for my nephew and a few other items that were advertised as £1 on the website which total'd less than £20 altogether , but after i put in my card details & pressed the buy button the price changed to £102 which is what i have been charged for these £1 items, i tried to cancel this order with in minuets of it going through. but was refused by the site admin. altho i have given this a one star rating, really this site has zero stars I have just received this & altho it was advertised as 100 pen set i recieved 1 single colour pen for more than £100

Cheap rubbish. Bought 2 drones that claimed to have gps. All singing all dancing. Both flew away at first flight and non of the features work..impossible to get refunds from geek or wish. Avoid the website at all costs. It is cheap for a reason, the stuff from there is tat

non comprate niente da questi venditori oltre ad avere cose scadenti, l'assistenza è inesistente,mi hanno spedito una cosa diversa da quella ordinata e non me la vogliono cambiare perchè non ho la busta con cui è arrivata,ma in tempo di covid ho buttato subito la busta,quindi non mi cambiano l'oggetto(un videocitofono) un sito per ingannare le persone

Never had any problems with this website, geek.wish, every item arrived (first time I bought something 2 years ago). I saw all those bad reviews and I was truly suprised. But I live in Europe, that may be reason why I do not have any delivery problems. I ordered some stuff last month, and received everything. I was afraid it won´t come in time (it supposed to be christmas gift), and came now,1 month later. I am satisfied

Ordered from wish and half my order never showed up they gave me refunds. So was done with wish. Now I ordered from geek and the stuff I ordered either showed up broken or didn't show up and they will not help

WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT....
I ordered 20+ items yesterday ...paid for all those items and now have received an email stating that these are now being refunded because they weren't ordered in time WOW... what is going on there .... so out of all those Items i have 1 confirmed.... with a whole list of refunds... this is only the second time I have shopped here and once again nothing but Disappointment ... so much for 2nd chances... well there will be NO 3rd chance thats for sure.. what is the point in ordering items from an online shop when all they are going to do is either send you the wrong size or refund you 99% of your order???? total waste of time.

Ordered goods and during initial stages of COVID-19 I was told to wait as goods were taking longer to ship. Goods never arrived and when I asked for refund I was told return and refund period of 30 days from receive date has passed. As goods never arrived at all I told them that return and refund period does not apply, still trying to get money back and PayPal indicated that 3 months has passed therefore dispute no longer applies.

Ordered and payed for a smartphone, NEVER received it!!
Well, finally received a full refund from Geek so all sorted now...

Virkelig skuffende firma. Bestilte i start juli måned 2020 og nu her i slut oktober, stadig ikke modtaget ordren. Får jævnlig mails om at ordren er på vej, men intet sker. Et meget utroværdigt firma, da der ikke bliver responderet på mine henvendelser. Den enkelte stjerne er ikke engang fortjent
