Die Ware dauert sehr Lang, und ein
Mal habe es nicht meine Bestellung nicht bekommen
Ich werde nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Des voleurs! j'ai commencer plusieurs fois chez eux, et je n'ai pas souvent reçus mes commendes. La dernière fois j'ai commencer plusieurs choses et je n'en ai reçu qu'une hier, qui est casser a la livraison. Se matin je vois sur l'appli que toutes ma commande a été livrer hier.. la je tente de signaler l'objet casser a la livraison, sa me dit que mon compte est classer comme remboursement excessif et que je ne peux faire de demande de remboursement.
Donc, je ne peux pas demander remboursement du produit reçus casser, ni des produits soi disent reçu d'on je n'ai jamais vu la couleur. Geek me dit que pour que mon compte redevienne normal, je dois continuer a commencer chez eu sans demander remboursement. Alors déjà que je ne reçois que 1 commende sur 5, mais en lus je ne devrais pas être rembourcer?? Des voleurs!

Eigentlich hätten die 5Minussterne verdient
Ich wollte was zurückgeben und die sind nicht fähig mir einen Retourenschein zukommen zu lassen
Die wollen einfach nicht.na ja ich werde an den 50 euro die das Zeug gekostet hat nicht zu grunde gehen

Kundenservice na ja schlechter als schlecht

Was going to purchase product from this company but never used them before so thought I had better check them out. Am I glad I did. Thanks to everyone for their comments possibly saved me time & money, will not be buying from Wish.

Das ist nur Lug und Betrug ich habe mir jetzt zum 2 mal einen Externen Blue Ray Player bestellt es kam zum 2mal ein DVD -RW und auch noch in der falschen Farbe der 1 Stern weil ich wenigstens was bekommen habe ich würde jedem der bei Wish etwas kaufen will es sich zu überlegen ob er nicht ein paar Euro mehr Asusgibt und bei Amzon kauft da bekommt man das was man bestellt .

Back when orders actually arrived. Before it was a scam I loved buying things but now it's just a waste of time nearly €150 spent in 6 months and unfortunately all refunded because after months of Waiting nothing ever came.

they suck. I do not receive and item and after 2 months wish refunded me only the shipping and asking to wait few more weeks for the item.. Afdter5 months of waiting they claim that the item is not longer available for refund due to time limit. WARNING!!! THEY PROTECT THE SELLERS ONLY. YOU AS A BUYER WILL LOOSE!! MY mistake was because i paid them with a gift card not a Credit Card. I will not deal with them anymore. This is the 2nd incident with them...

Ich bekam zwar Ware, aber total abweichend von meiner Bestellung.
Reklamieren ist über den Kundenservice sinnlos, automatisiert man spielt auf Zeit.
Nie wieder!

Een PS4 controller besteld eind januari. Deze zou volgens de app geleverd worden tussen 1 maart en 2 april. Vervolgens kriijg ik in de 2e week van februari bericht dat de controller geleverd is op 12 februari. Aansluitend een betaalverzoek ontvangen van Klarna. Hierna heb ik 15x contact gehad via chat en mail met Wish omdat de gegevens in de app niet juist waren. Bij Klarna had ik inmiddels de betaling gepauzeerd voor 1 maand. Aansluitend heb ik van Wish alleen maar automatische reacties gekregen zonder oplossing. Inmiddels was de betaling wederom bijna verlopen.
Daarna heb ik na mijn beklag bij Wish onder protest de niet geleverde controler toch maar betaald. Ik wilde van het gezijk af zijn. En incasso kosten wil ik zeker niet betalen voor iets wat ik niet heb ontvangen.

Einige Bestellungen kommen gar nicht erst an. Trotzdem muß man diese bei Klarna bezahlen. Die Qualität der Ware ist schlecht. Das ist meine Erfahrung. Ich werde dort nicht mehr kaufen. Allgemein habe ich sehr schlecht Erfahrungen mit China Produkten gemacht.

Have just received the final item of my "Wish" order well over two months after it was scheduled to arrive. Not really surprised since everything about this company is second rate! There were five items in the original order.The one item that had inspired me to make the order,it seemed to be a bargain at £1 for the item and £1 for postage,was immediately cancelled by Wish saying it was no longer available at this price and the £2 was repaid to my account!The arrival of the remaining items ,which were not so cheap and carried a substantial postage charge,took place at irregular intervals over the next three months. No two items arrived on the same day! The final item,a pair of shorts,has just arrived! Like the previous three items, the shorts are cheap looking and shoddy. They look nothing like the items that I ordered such a long time ago! There are two pockets on the shorts, each one has a zip. That would be okay if the zip actually closed the pocket but it is half way down the pocket and ,as far as I can see, fulfils no conceivable purpose! I would strongly advise anyone planning to make a purchase from this company that they should think again!!!!

I took a wireless mouse by a wish local store.... cheap and quick . No problems!

3 items worth $100 that I have bought, tracking claims they attempted delivery in July, which is incorrect as they were still in China beginning of August. All you get automated emails.. I still have $300 worth of items yet to come, that if I get them.
Pay that little bit more else where, don't buy from wish. Just a thieving site don't waste your money here, you won't get your items..Sick of receiving automated emails with responses not related to my problem..

Haben uns 2 Smartphones S20 Ultra gekauft wie uns beschrieben wurde mit Arbeitsspeicher von 8GB und Speicher von 512GB mit 16 Mp frontkamera und 36 MP Rückkamera sowie Android 10 . nachdem ich alles geprüft habe schien auf dem ersten Moment alles OK. Habe das droid info runter geladen als die 512 GB und 8Gb immer langsamer wurden und das Telefon prüfen lassen .Ergebnis 1gb Arbeitsspeicher 8 GB Hauptspeicher Frontkamera 2 MP rückkamera 6 MP .Habe mehrere Bewertungen abgegeben und dem Kundendienst angeschrieben mit der Bitte das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen. Ich wurde darauf vom Kundendienst ohne Kommentar gesperrt. Weil ich schrieb dass man mich betragen hat schickte auch mehrere Printcrens geschickt habe.
Was soll man als Kunde nur machen?

Die ersten Bestellungen liefen bis auf die unendliche Wartezeit noch ganz gut. Die Letzte Bestellung die ich getätigt habe, kam nicht an. Das einzige was ich bekam war eine Zahlungs Aufforderung. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für mich hat es sich erledigt bei Wish was zu bestellen.

Eigenlijk is één ster nog teveel! Ik heb 4 artikelen besteld en er zijn er twee bezorgd. Het waren led-lampen die na een paar uur zijn gesmolten mijn overige bestellingen (leesbril en vergrootglas) zijn nooit bezorgd. De betaaltermijn van KlarnaBank verloopt na een maand, dus alles is wel betaald. Alles moet uit China komen. Het is gewoon rotzooi en Wish lijkt gewoon een oplichtersbedrijf. Ik durf daar niets meer te bestellen.

I have ordered a lot of things from wish in the past. And I know things take a long time to get here..thats if they turn up at all.. But...
They are now using covid 19 as an excuse to keep pushing back delivery times.
Some things I ordered in may, wont be here till Sept now.. Ridiculous, when Amazon can deliver within 24hrs..
Oh and the shipping is sometimes MORE than the item..
Once the stuff I ordered eventually turns up, if it does, I will be closing my account.
Tired of being ripped off by shipping, and having to wait so long, its worth paying a bit more somewhere else, and to actually get it on time, not keep waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting.

Wish used to be good
But now delivery times are ridiculously long, and shipping fees are now extortionate..

Ordered about 8 items from this site.

3 Items turned up but were not as described. On the website the products were made to look good however when they arrived they were cheap nasty nockoffs that were not even like description. 1 Item should have been 12 items but only 2 arrived.

The other 5 Items just never arrived.

It is also almost impossible to get refunds as customer services is non existant.
