Saeed was amazing. Explained everything to me and helped me set up a new laptop alongside fixing the problems on my old one. Can't recommend enough.

Saed the Engineer was extremely helpful and very personable. He persevered with my Internet problem. There was a provider glitch shortly after he fixed the issue and he came back the next day, a Saturday, to help. I would highly recommend the Company. Although expensive, you get what you pay for. An excellent service from the team at GC - they couldn’t have been more helpful with a hard drive issue on my iMac which essentially died. They swapped it out in the machine and retrieved a vast amount of data which would otherwise have been lost. Communication throughout was brilliant and they kept me calm in a very stressful situation with their knowledge and expertise. Would highly recommend.

My LG laptop stopped working at a critical time. I reached out to Geeks Callout and they sent someone to pick up my computer worked on it right away and got it back to me before the end of the day. Fully working now. I'm very happy and will use them again ... and I recommend them to anyone looking for fast, expert help.

Honestly the best service! I am highly impressed with this company and Amir. I have to admit I was a little skepitcal it first incase it was a scam, but I can assure you it is nothing but professional, honest and helpful service. My computer at work was running extremely slowly for quite some time and within 15 minutes of them working on it. my computer felt as if they have replaced it with a brand new computer! service, communication and the job itself, all 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Geeks Callout fixed my laptop keyboard after 3 other shops said it could not be fixed. They picked up and returned the laptop at a convenient time, and clearly discussed repair and parts options as well as what was wrong with it. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent fast service, repairs completed and laptop delivered back to me within 24h, a little tricky to get in contact with someone at the company but once I did find someone who wouldn't keep hanging up on me as soon as the call started they were good at communicating back to me when I messaged them. My only drawback with them was the rude technician who kept hanging up on me without even an apology, as a new customer they could have lost business if I didn't try to look for a different number to call, how lucky they are local repair shops have never seen my model of laptop before.

Fantastic support. Aamir was able to identify that the computer would need to be taken in for diagnosis based solely on a video. PC collected same day, diagnosed and was offered either a full repair in-house or for the PC to be returned with diagnosis. I chose the latter and the computer was back within 48 hours. Couldn’t recommend more - thank you!
