I recently had my gaming Alienware laptop repaired by Geeks Callout, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. My laptop was constantly overheating, causing performance issues during gaming. However, the skilled technicians at Geeks Callout efficiently resolved the problem, optimizing the cooling system and eliminating overheating. Now, my laptop runs smoothly and stays cool even during intense gaming sessions. I highly recommend Geeks Callout for their expertise in fixing gaming laptop overheating issues

Aamir and the team provided an excellent service from start to finish and I'd strongly recommend them to anyone with laptop or computer issues.

My imac was picked up on the day I called them and I was kept up to date with repair options throughout the week before returning my computer a few days later completely fixed and performing better than it ever had thanks to a new hard drive.

Aamir then followed up the following morning to make sure the computer was working fine.

Had an excellent experience with Geeks Callout. After updating my Google password, Outlook stopped sending/receiving e-mail. Called Aamir on a Saturday evening and after only 1hr wait had a 1hr online session during which he found the issue way down in Google's auto-updated settings and got it up-and-running again. Furthermore, he also provided clear advice including options around transitioning from an old PST file to a cloud-based/synced Outlook set-up.
Secondly, he also sent on of his team - Kamran - around on the Sunday to get a broken laptop back up-and-running, including a new O/S, O365 and Dropbox. All sorted and checked, including Teams, within just 2hrs. Couldn't be happier. Will certainly come back to them with other issues for myself and my team in the future... a great find and service!

I attempted to contact ComputersRepairLondon, also known as GeeksCallOut, after reading positive reviews claiming they offer 24-hour and emergency repair services. However, I was unable to get through to them on the phone.

I tried to find their physical address to drop off my laptop but couldn't see a store front, which made me anxious.

It's troubling to think that people are entrusting their valuable items to a company that appears to be non-existent. I hope others will exercise caution when considering this company for their computer repair needs.

In summary, my experience with ComputersRepairLondon was highly concerning. I strongly advise against choosing this company for your computer repair needs.

Very efficient same day collection and returned within 24hrs, with new hard drive and windows reinstalled ready for use, pc now works better than new. Not cheap but worth it.

They fixed my PC after the graphics card suddenly stopped working. Good service and back within 3 working days. They tried to sell me a replacement card that was much higher than market price, but they did fit one that I purchased somewhere else. They also had to be chased for information after not responding within the timeframe they had set. Overall good experience though.

Caused accidental water damage to my work laptop on a Friday and needed it to be fixed in time for Monday. Aamir arranged for the laptop to be picked up on the Friday and it was diagnosed and broken parts replaced by the Saturday evening - I never even had to leave my house! Service was very friendly and I received regular updates on the status of the repairs. Would definitely recommend

Amir came to my place on the day (a Sunday) I asked for assistance with repairing my liquid damaged Macbook Air 2019. They sent it in for assessment and gave me a reasonable quote. They repaired it, tested it and delivered it to my house within a day and a half and it's been perfect ever since. Can't recommend them enough!

My monitor suddenly stopped showing a display on a Sunday and I needed guidance as to whether the problem was the monitor itself my PC. I was to deliver a four hour Zoom presentation on Tuesday and needed to resolve the problem immediately as if I needed to buy replacement monitor I would have to do so that day (following day was Queen's funeral). Geeks Callout identified the problem and even helped source a replacement. Excellent service.
