GeoDomeX レビュー

We absolutely love our Geo Dome X We only had it installed in our little woodland by the sea on Saturday so watch this space for internals all finished! Super impressed with all communication and staff, especially Garvi, G & Viktoria and whoever answers the messenger chat! Absolutely 1st Class service throughout and a fantastic product, definitely recommend the base and full installation option! We love it ….. thank you to everyone involved! :) Xx

A construction project like no other. But a useable space is what we have.

Went together easily. Time consuming for sure. Door doesn’t work unless perfectly level and fixed to the ground or other surface.

Almost completed the construction..took longer than anticipated..but so far happy with our choice.

Excellent company with fantastic customer service! We love our dome and would recommend one in every garden! I don’t have any complaints, just praise!! 5 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visually stunning
Putting it together requires at least 2 able-bodied individuals.
Directions are mediocre at best. Theoretically speaking, this is like putting together a Lego puzzle. However with a Lego puzzle it is easy to rectify a misplaced piece. Not with the geodomex. There should be a video showing how they screw in every piece. The door installation was a nightmare. Half the time we spent putting this together was on trying to make the door track fit. No customer service on weekends. Working stiffs like myself only have weekends to tackle a job like this. I bet you most of your customers tackle tasks like these on weekends. I would recommend this product to friends but I am afraid they would hate me for not letting them know how hard some of this is. I would risk losing friends over this

Fast delivery and set up its looks amazing we love our new open space

Perfect finish to my new garden. Looks amazing and good value for money

GeoDomeX policy states EU delivery takes 2-5 days and that they pay import taxes. The dome reached Riga three days early, then sat in customs over a month because their own shipping paperwork put the import duties on me instead of on them, so UPS billed me. They also promised in writing to refund the decking base they admitted they couldn't ship to Latvia. Never paid. Five weeks on: no product, no refund.

instructions easy to follow, all panels easily numbered, quality fixings.once completed, will give an updated review.

Company was excellent to deal with and shipping was very fast. I would recommend to all

At first it was great, and the '10 year guarantee' gave me some confidence. Installing took about 7 hours, and it looked great ... for a while.
But! After 2 years, the panels have yellowed very badly, to the point that they are now ugly and not really usable. Upon contacting support, they said "some yellowing is normal" and refused to replace any panels. To be clear: it's not "a bit of yellowing" but dark enough to be unusable.
So, now, it's dismantled and likely heading for the recycling.

Dome is amazing. Construction was time consuming but not difficult. Base construction took the most time. Live chat was responsive.

Very clear plastic and incredibly strong and solid when built.

Speedy service

Geo dome is amazing space for outside entertainment. It's like an outside extension which gives you the indoors feel.

Fast shipping, easy to assemble, and I absolutely love my GeoDomeX mini!

After purchasing a geo dome for £999 for the garden and successfully erecting the dome ,I lost about 25 m5 x10 plastic bolts down the decking .I did not realise that geo dome sent exactly the amount needed,so I contacted them and they are now charging me £20 for 500 m5 x10 bolts which I think is a bit harsh after spending nearly £1000 on ther product

Great communication and delivery. Pleased with all aspects up to now. Once fully built and furnished, I will leave a more in depth review :)
