I rang a year later about missing covers and they were sent out straight away

The delivery was excellent , on time and the driver ( ups) helped me with the order, boxes are quite heavy, built it myself but I think two people would be a lot quicker at assembly. The finished article is just as promised , very happy customer .

Easy to order. Super quick delivery. Geodome well packaged. Put it in this weekend as had been needing to build a suitable decking base.. Door rails were at first challenging as stopped the rails in the 3 holes, which was 1 to short of the proper end for the rails, realised error on looking again at instruction image. Support page very helpful. Now the exciting bit begins,

Delivery was super fast and the quality looks great.

Better instructions and step by step video

Arrived on time. Just need to construct it now, but very excited to see the result.

Quick delivery. Sensibly packaged with numbers and clear instructions. Went up moderately easy. The 32⁰ heat standing inside a transparent dome greenhouse made it a little challenging. However, looks good and we'll see how it ends up once it's safe to walk in again. 🔥🥵

Great product, easy to build with clear instructions how to erect it , great addition to our garden, another place to sit even when it’s raining 🙂

The dome looks fantastic against our old flint wall. We sit there in the afternoons and late evenings for star and moon gazing

It’s just a nice place to sit and relax in all weather

Great delivery

Such a cool thing. Price is good and delivery etc was all great. No issues at all…

Looks great!!

Completely happy with our garden dome, not easy to assemble needs at least two people, but it is ok if you follow the instructions step by step which are of a good standard. Watch the anchoring video which is great and very helpful.

The dome itself looks amazing and we can't wait to use it.
The only let down was that a couple of pieces for the windows were missing which the company are sending out, and we weren't advised that there would be a delay of a few months for the sunshade we ordered alongside the dome.
Construction was a bit tricky but worth it.

Nice dome. Looks good in my garden

Great kit + Great service - Just needed to get in touch with company to get guide for assembling base (which was not included in pack - just an oversight?)... which came back by email almost immediately. I am happy to strongly recommend this company.

My husband and his friend are over 70,took all day to build 3/4 had to phone helpline for help and get a family member ,who had built one weeks ago to help,

Love my Geodome ❤️
Is precision build, NOTE do not tighten the screws until complete so building will be easy. Love the vents and windows provided as it ensures a constant flow of air. It transformed my garden! It truly feels a part of the house now 😊
